【摘要】：舊濟(jì)貧法體制下英格蘭的醫(yī)療救濟(jì)以教區(qū)為基本單位、以貧民為救濟(jì)對象,通過為貧民支付醫(yī)療費(fèi)、與醫(yī)生簽訂承包合同、將患病窮人送往醫(yī)院以及建立濟(jì)貧法醫(yī)院等多種并存的方式開展救濟(jì)。盡管這一時(shí)期醫(yī)療救濟(jì)范圍較廣,但仍屬于一種低水平的基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)療服務(wù)。而且舊濟(jì)貧法時(shí)期的醫(yī)療救濟(jì)呈現(xiàn)出不均衡狀態(tài),城鄉(xiāng)之間,貧、富教區(qū)之間的差異較大。這一時(shí)期的醫(yī)療救濟(jì)在一定程度上滿足了窮人們的醫(yī)療需求,維系了社會(huì)的穩(wěn)定。
[Abstract]:Under the old poverty relief system, the medical relief in England took the diocese as the basic unit and the poor as the object of relief. By paying medical expenses to the poor, they signed contracts with doctors. The poor are sent to hospital and set up a poor law hospital to carry out relief in a variety of ways. Although the scope of medical relief in this period is wide, it still belongs to a low level of basic medical services. Moreover, the medical relief of the old poverty relief law showed an unbalanced state, the difference between urban and rural, poor, rich diocese. This period of medical relief to a certain extent to meet the medical needs of the poor, maintaining social stability.
