【摘要】：都鐸時期(1485年-1603年)是英國歷史上重要的轉折點,在這個時期,英國的海外貿易蓬勃發(fā)展起來,商業(yè)公司所賺取的利潤成為日后資本主義發(fā)展的重要基礎。英國在近代能夠率先稱霸全球成為頭號的工業(yè)強國,商業(yè)公司在這其中發(fā)揮了關鍵的作用。英國商業(yè)公司的形成并非是一蹴而就的,最初英國商人在比較小的范圍內進行著個體貿易,再到后來慢慢組織成完整的商業(yè)公司。這個貿易組織不斷發(fā)展演進的過程,也是效率不斷提高的過程。股份公司的最終建立,不僅僅是貿易領域的一種創(chuàng)新,也是日后企業(yè)組織的藍本。本文旨在闡述英國貿易組織的變化,尤其是都鐸時期組織形式的演變,分析股份公司的形成過程及其對英國經濟發(fā)展的影響。本文將從三個章節(jié)來探討都鐸時期貿易組織的變革。第一章主要探討都鐸王朝以前英國主要的貿易組織形式。起初,英國的貿易多為個體經營,并且由于航海技術的限制多發(fā)展為陸路貿易。后期,英國借鑒了歐洲其他國家的經驗,同時為了規(guī)避風險逐漸組成商人團體并獲得特許權。第二章論述了主要的特許權公司,規(guī)約公司及合股公司,通過研究二者的形成過程和貿易發(fā)展情況,來探究貿易組織是如何又規(guī)約公司轉變?yōu)楹瞎晒镜摹５谌驴偨Y了股份制公司的優(yōu)勢以及對都鐸王朝乃至日后經濟發(fā)展的影響。股份公司這種組織形式有利于資金的流動和籌集,同時也拉動了多個經濟領域的發(fā)展。然而股份公司也并非是完美的,在發(fā)展過程中也存在著一定的問題。
[Abstract]:The Tudor period (1485-1603) was an important turning point in British history, during which British overseas trade flourished and the profits earned by commercial companies became an important basis for the future development of capitalism. In modern times, Britain was able to dominate the world as the number one industrial power, in which commercial companies played a key role. The formation of British commercial companies was not accomplished overnight. At first, British businessmen engaged in individual trade within a relatively small scope, and then gradually organized into complete commercial companies. The development and evolution of this trade organization is also a process of increasing efficiency. The ultimate establishment of a joint-stock company is not only an innovation in the field of trade, but also a blueprint for future business organizations. The purpose of this paper is to expound the changes of British trade organizations, especially the evolution of Tudor's organizational forms, and to analyze the formation process of joint-stock companies and their influence on the economic development of Britain. This article will discuss the transformation of Tudor Trade Organization from three chapters. The first chapter mainly discusses the main forms of trade organization in Britain before the Tudor dynasty. At first, trade in Britain was mostly self-employed and developed into land trade because of the limitations of navigation technology. In the later years, Britain drew on the experience of other European countries and gradually formed a group of businessmen and obtained concessions in order to avoid risks. The second chapter discusses the main concessionaires, statute companies and joint-stock companies, through the study of the formation of the two processes and the development of trade, to explore how the WTO rules the company into a joint-stock company. The third chapter summarizes the advantages of the stock company and its influence on the Tudor dynasty and the future economic development. Joint-stock company this kind of organization form is advantageous to fund flow and raise, at the same time also pulled the development of many economic fields. However, the stock company is not perfect, in the process of development there are some problems.
