【摘要】：正勃列日涅夫當(dāng)政的18年,是俄國整體歷史發(fā)展中的一個(gè)短暫時(shí)段,應(yīng)當(dāng)把勃列日涅夫當(dāng)政時(shí)期的歷史,放在蘇聯(lián)歷史、俄國歷史,乃至世界整體歷史發(fā)展的進(jìn)程中來考察和定位�；谶@樣的基本思考和認(rèn)識(shí),《蘇聯(lián)史》第八卷《勃列日涅夫的十八年》(以下簡稱《十八年》)圍繞兩條平行線展開:第一條平行線是:在盡最大可能客觀地展示勃列日涅夫當(dāng)政時(shí)期蘇聯(lián)歷史真實(shí)面貌的基礎(chǔ)上,著意闡述勃列日
