【摘要】：《大勸諭書》(Admonltio Generalis)是查理曼于789年頒布的針對當(dāng)時法蘭克王國所有人的條令,這一時期適逢查理曼南征北戰(zhàn)之余的一個相對和平的時期�！洞髣裰I書》在很大程上借鑒了《哈德良教令集》的內(nèi)容,在一些地方引用了加洛林王朝建立以來,查理曼及其父親丕平三世和伯父卡羅曼頒布的相關(guān)條令。當(dāng)然,阿爾昆對條令的撰寫和修改功不可沒。從內(nèi)容上看,《大勸諭書》囊括了查理曼關(guān)于教會管理、治國理政和文化教育方面對整個王國的期許和規(guī)定。對于教會管理問題,《大勸諭書》從人事任命、日常生活、儀式規(guī)范、區(qū)域與等級規(guī)范、日常事務(wù)五個方面對當(dāng)時的基督教會做了規(guī)定,這一文件與其后的很多宗教會議決議一道,推動了查理曼時期和虔誠者路易時期的教會改革。國家治理方面,《大勸諭書》涉及行政、司法、經(jīng)濟(jì)、民生和思想等方方面面,規(guī)定詳實可行。其對加洛林王朝甚至是更長時段的政治思想的影響也造成了很大的影響,這種影響主要體現(xiàn)在效忠思想的鞏固和神權(quán)君主政體思想的形成上。從《大勸諭書》的規(guī)定中,我們還可以閱讀到政權(quán)與教權(quán)之間的微妙關(guān)系,即政權(quán)在上,教權(quán)在下,必要時合作,一定程度上政權(quán)放權(quán)于教會。文化教育方面,《大勸諭書》可以說具有開創(chuàng)性的作用。其從基督教思想傳播和教育發(fā)展兩個方面規(guī)定了加洛林王朝的文化教育等諸事宜。文件對加洛林文藝復(fù)興的發(fā)展也貢獻(xiàn)巨大�！洞髣裰I書》以“勸諭”的方式呈現(xiàn),對當(dāng)時法蘭克王國的宗教信仰、政治思想、文化教育等方面貢獻(xiàn)巨大,對整個加洛林王朝發(fā)展的作用也不可謂不重要。這種方式對我國當(dāng)前的國家治理也有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Admonltio Generalisis was Charlemagne's 789 commandment against the owners of the Franks at the time. This period coincided with a period of relative peace between Charlemagne's expedition to the north and the south. In a great way, the great exhortation drew on the contents of Hadrian's teachings, and quoted in some places since the establishment of the Gallin dynasty. The relevant regulations issued by Charlemagne and his father, Pippin III, and his uncle Carolyn. Of course, Alquin contributed to the writing and revision of the decree. In terms of content, the Great Persuasion includes Charlemagne's expectations and regulations for the whole kingdom on church management, governing, and culture and education. As for the management of the church, the Great advice made provisions on the Christian Church at that time from five aspects: personnel appointment, daily life, ritual norms, regional and hierarchical norms, and daily affairs. This document, along with subsequent religious resolutions, contributed to church reform in Charlemagne and the devout Louis era. As for the governance of the country, the Great Persuasion deals with administrative, judicial, economic, livelihood and ideological aspects, which are detailed and feasible. Its influence on the political thought of the Gallin dynasty and even longer period also caused great influence, which mainly reflected in the consolidation of the ideology of allegiance and the formation of the ideology of theocratic monarchy. We can also read the subtle relationship between the political power and the religious right from the provisions of the Great Persuasion, that is, the regime is above, the religious power is under, the cooperation is necessary, and to a certain extent, the regime devolves power to the church. In terms of culture and education, the Great Persuasion Book can be said to be groundbreaking. From the two aspects of the spread of Christian thought and the development of education, it regulated the culture and education of the Gallin dynasty. The document also contributed a great deal to the development of the Galorian Renaissance. The Great advice was presented in the form of "admonition," and made a great contribution to the religious belief, political thought, culture and education of the kingdom of Frank at that time. Nor is it unimportant to the development of the whole Gallin dynasty. This way to our country's current governance also has certain reference significance.
