【摘要】： 本論文旨在探索歷史時期阿提卡的地區(qū)神話與雅典城邦民主制的創(chuàng)建二者之間互動的關系。通過對雅典的古傳神話和歷史時期新創(chuàng)造的神話故事的考察,我們會發(fā)現(xiàn)雅典的神話所表達的主旨往往是對現(xiàn)今社會的關懷,而非對過去歲月的記錄。公元前六世紀末到公元前四世紀正是雅典民主政制創(chuàng)建、發(fā)展的過程。在這一時間也是阿提卡地區(qū)神話不斷創(chuàng)新、發(fā)展,變化的過程。在雅典人心目里,神話即歷史,因而雅典的社會精英為了給社會變革尋找理由,必然從他們的“歷史”中尋找依據(jù)。于是他們不惜虛構,篡改雅典的古傳神話,或者編造新的神話以滿足社會發(fā)展的需要,給雅典的民主政制這一新生事物尋找合理性的解釋。 歷史時期雅典主要的神話主題或者說偽歷史主題包括名祖神話、忒修斯英雄神話、雅典人的土生神話、刺殺僭主的神話和希羅多德在其名著《歷史》中為迎合雅典民主政治的發(fā)展而對歷史事實的虛構。通過對這些神話或者是偽歷史主題的逐一考察,我們會發(fā)現(xiàn)歷史時期雅典的主要神話主題都是典型的政治神話,對雅典有特殊的文化意義和社會功能。它們在對雅典人自身身份的認同、雅典人的社會想象、雅典民主意識形態(tài)的建構和雅典民主改革的合理性解釋方面存在著巨大的社會和文化功能。同時雅典的民主政制的創(chuàng)建對雅典神話的創(chuàng)新和發(fā)展也起到很大的刺激作用。總之,歷史時期雅典政治神話的虛構不是對過去歷史的回憶和記錄,而是為雅典的社會政治和現(xiàn)實服務的。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this thesis is to explore the interaction between Attica's regional mythology and the creation of Athenian city-state democracy. By examining the ancient mythology of Athens and the newly created mythological stories of the historical period, we can find that the purport of the mythology of Athens is often the concern for the present society, not the record of the past years. From the end of the sixth century BC to the fourth century BC, it was the process of the establishment and development of Athenian democracy. In this time is also the Attica region myth innovation, development, change process. In the eyes of Athenians, mythology is history, so the social elite of Athens, in order to find a reason for social change, must seek the basis from their "history". So they did not hesitate to fabricate the ancient mythology of Athens or fabricate new myths to meet the needs of social development and to find a rational explanation for the new thing of Athenian democracy. The main mythical themes or pseudo-historical themes of Athens during the historical period include the famous ancestor myth, the heroic myth of Theseus, and the native mythology of the Athenians. The myth of assassinating the tyrant and Herodotus's fiction of historical facts in his masterpiece History caters to the development of Athenian democracy. By examining these myths or pseudo-historical themes one by one, we can find that the main mythical themes of Athens during the historical period are typical political myths, which have special cultural significance and social function to Athens. They have great social and cultural functions in the recognition of Athenian identity, the social imagination of Athenians, the construction of Athenian democratic ideology and the rational explanation of Athenian democratic reform. At the same time, the creation of Athenian democracy also stimulated the creation and development of Athenian mythology. In a word, the fiction of the political myth of Athens during the historical period is not the memory and record of the past history, but serves the social politics and reality of Athens.
