【摘要】：農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化是當前大多數(shù)國家面臨的重要經(jīng)濟議題。本文從歷史的角度出發(fā)，以時間順序為主軸，詳細論述了近現(xiàn)代以來，尤其是二戰(zhàn)之后日本農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的發(fā)展進程。其中，日本土地關系的變革及戰(zhàn)后工業(yè)化對農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的發(fā)展進程產(chǎn)生了重要影響。 本文首先論述了二戰(zhàn)之前日本的農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟結構和傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)村生活狀態(tài)，并且闡述了日本早期工業(yè)化的發(fā)展情況以及傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟結構對農(nóng)業(yè)和工業(yè)的雙重影響。接下來，本文論述了土地改革的原因、經(jīng)過及結果，闡明土地改革對變革日本傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)關系和對戰(zhàn)后日本的高速工業(yè)化及農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的巨大作用。第三部分論述戰(zhàn)后日本高速工業(yè)化形成的原因。第四部分集中論述高速工業(yè)化背景下日本農(nóng)民、農(nóng)業(yè)以及農(nóng)村社會的巨大變遷。 通過對日本農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展歷程及其影響的研究，，本文認為，日美兩國的農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展道路是不同的。兩國的農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化都與工業(yè)化發(fā)展進程密切相關，都實現(xiàn)了城鄉(xiāng)的高度一體化。但是，日本的農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展模式不同于歐美國家，有其內在社會經(jīng)濟條件以及國情特點，日本和美國分別代表了農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展模式的兩種不同類型。
[Abstract]:Agricultural modernization is an important economic issue facing most countries. From the historical point of view, taking the time sequence as the main axis, this paper discusses in detail the development process of agricultural modernization in Japan since modern times, especially after World War II. Among them, the change of Japan's land relation and its postwar industrialization had an important influence on the development of agricultural modernization. This paper first discusses the agricultural economic structure and the traditional rural living conditions before World War II, and expounds the development of Japan's early industrialization and the dual influence of the traditional agricultural economic structure on agriculture and industry. Then, this paper discusses the reasons, the results and the reasons of land reform, and expounds the great effect of land reform on the transformation of Japanese traditional agricultural production relations and on the rapid industrialization and agricultural modernization of postwar Japan. The third part discusses the reasons for the formation of Japanese high-speed industrialization after the war. The fourth part focuses on the great changes of Japanese farmers, agriculture and rural society under the background of high-speed industrialization. Based on the study of the development course and influence of agricultural modernization in Japan, this paper holds that the agricultural development paths of Japan and the United States are different. The agricultural modernization of the two countries is closely related to the process of industrialization development and has achieved a high degree of integration between urban and rural areas. However, the development mode of agricultural modernization in Japan is different from that in Europe and the United States, and it has its own social and economic conditions and the characteristics of its national conditions. Japan and the United States represent two different types of agricultural modernization development models respectively.
