【摘要】：中世紀(jì)女性醫(yī)學(xué)已經(jīng)成為新興的社會(huì)醫(yī)療史研究領(lǐng)域的一個(gè)熱切話(huà)題。薩萊諾醫(yī)校的興起與繁榮不僅使其成為當(dāng)時(shí)西歐醫(yī)學(xué)研究的大本營(yíng)，，而且為女性獲得醫(yī)學(xué)知識(shí)參與醫(yī)學(xué)行業(yè)提供了歷史機(jī)遇。12世紀(jì)意大利薩萊諾的女性醫(yī)學(xué)發(fā)展主要體現(xiàn)在特羅圖拉（Trotula)這位神秘女醫(yī)生及其以她命名的著作《特羅圖拉》之中。該論著在西歐首次嘗試將新阿拉伯醫(yī)學(xué)與舊的希波克拉底傳統(tǒng)醫(yī)學(xué)加以融合。它由此成為中世紀(jì)晚期女性生理學(xué)和病理學(xué)觀念的基礎(chǔ)。 《特羅圖拉》作為中世紀(jì)一本有關(guān)女性疾病與健康的綱要由三部分組成，分別是《婦女的狀況》、《女性疾病的治療》、《女性的美容》。本文將以該文本為基礎(chǔ)，集中探討中世紀(jì)西歐女性醫(yī)學(xué)家對(duì)女性身體的認(rèn)知及其她們的女性醫(yī)療保健術(shù)。首先，我們探討了中世紀(jì)女性醫(yī)學(xué)興起的歷史背景、所遵循的醫(yī)學(xué)理論；其次探討了女性醫(yī)學(xué)家對(duì)婦女疾病的分類(lèi)、診斷、治療以及女性醫(yī)學(xué)美容之術(shù)；最后從社會(huì)性別角度探討了女性醫(yī)學(xué)的特點(diǎn)及其處境，由此可以深入理解中世紀(jì)女性視角下的女性身體觀。
[Abstract]:Medieval female medicine has become a hot topic in the field of social medical history. The rise and prosperity of the Saleno Medical School not only made it the base of medical research in Western Europe at that time, It also provides a historical opportunity for women to obtain medical knowledge and participate in the medical profession. The development of female medicine in Saleno Italy in the 12th century is mainly reflected in the mysterious woman doctor Trotulaand her named book Trotula. It was the first attempt in Western Europe to integrate the new Arab medicine with the old Hippocratic traditional medicine. It thus became the basis of the concept of physiology and pathology of women in the late Middle Ages. Trotula, as a medieval outline of women's disease and health, consists of three parts: the status of Women, the treatment of Women's Diseases, and the Beauty of Women. Based on this text, this paper focuses on the cognition of women's bodies and their medical care techniques in medieval Western Europe. First, we discuss the historical background of the rise of female medicine in the Middle Ages, followed by the medical theory, and then discuss the classification, diagnosis, treatment and cosmetic techniques of female medicine. Finally, the characteristics and situation of female medicine are discussed from the angle of social gender, so that the view of female body under the perspective of medieval women can be deeply understood.
