【摘要】： 日本在20世紀70%以上的時間內都處于同盟之中,日本與同盟者的結盟視野分別是地區(qū)性的和全球性的。日本的結盟軌跡是:與霸權國家結盟→與挑戰(zhàn)霸權的國家結盟→與霸權國家結盟。日本結盟外交與國家戰(zhàn)略的關系軌跡是:沖突→服務→沖突。日本的結盟對象恰恰是其將來或曾經所要針對的對象。日本長期處于國際體系和地緣的雙重邊緣位置,以及其國內的集團意識、自我約束意識、現實的相對主義意識、依賴心理、“忠”的觀念、派系聯盟認知和聯盟政治經驗,成為分析日本對外結盟的有益視角。結盟促使日本兩度崛起,獲得了長期的地區(qū)性優(yōu)勢。但是,結盟也刺激了國家間關系以及日本的一度衰落。日本長期對外結盟割裂了東亞的歷史和認同,使區(qū)域化在東北亞、進而在東亞受阻,對區(qū)域安全與合作產生負面影響。結盟對于日本的崛起以及崛起的東亞構成嚴重挑戰(zhàn)。
[Abstract]:Japan was in alliance for more than 70% of the time in the 20th century, and its vision of alliance with allies was regional and global. The path of Japan's alliance is: alliance with hegemonic countries and alliances with hegemonic countries. The relationship between Japan's alliance diplomacy and national strategy is as follows: conflict serves conflict. Japan's allies are precisely what they will or have been targeting. Japan has been on the edge of the international system and geography for a long time, as well as its internal consciousness of group, self-restraint, realistic relativism, dependence psychology, "loyalty", factional alliance cognition and alliance political experience. It has become a useful perspective for the analysis of Japan's alliance with foreign countries. The alliance prompted Japan to rise twice, gaining a long-term regional advantage. But alliances also spurred interstate relations and Japan's decline. Japan's long-term alliance with foreign countries severed the history and identity of East Asia, which made regionalization in Northeast Asia and then blocked in East Asia, which had a negative impact on regional security and cooperation. The alliance poses a serious challenge to Japan's rise and the rise of East Asia.
