【摘要】：美國早期歷史上具有獨特的重商主義思想,該思想可以劃分為三部分:即歐洲古典重商主義思想,本土性的報復性和反制性重商主義思想,以及本土性的漢密爾頓制造業(yè)保護主義思想。三部分思想既具有差異性的內(nèi)容、目的和精神,又統(tǒng)一于美國獨特的民族國家建構(gòu)歷史進程及美國聯(lián)邦統(tǒng)一的政治經(jīng)濟認同和訴求之中;隨著美國民族國家建構(gòu)之歷史演進而變化,昒鑄古典重商主義精神的漢密爾頓制造業(yè)保護主義在美國獨特的重商主義思想中占據(jù)主導地位,并且貫徹于亨利.克萊所謂的"美國體系"中。研究美國早期歷史上獨特的重商主義思想對于預測當代美國國際政治經(jīng)濟政策走勢具有重要參考價值。
[Abstract]:In the early American history, there was a unique mercantilism thought, which could be divided into three parts: European classical mercantilism, native retaliatory and counter-mercantilism. And local Hamilton manufacturing protectionism. The three parts not only have different content, purpose and spirit, but also are unified in the historical process of the unique nation-state construction of the United States and the political and economic identity and demand of the United States. With the historical evolution of American nation-state construction, Hamilton's manufacturing protectionism, which formed the spirit of classical mercantilism, played a leading role in the unique mercantilism of the United States and was carried out by Henry. In what Clay called the "American system". The study of the unique mercantilism in the early history of the United States has important reference value for predicting the trend of contemporary American international political and economic policy.
