【摘要】：無(wú)論是從日本本國(guó)來(lái)講,還是從世界歷史發(fā)展的角度來(lái)說(shuō),日本幕末時(shí)期都是一個(gè)動(dòng)蕩不堪的時(shí)代。其中這一時(shí)期的日俄領(lǐng)土問(wèn)題尤為引人注目,并對(duì)兩國(guó)關(guān)系產(chǎn)生了深遠(yuǎn)的影響。時(shí)至今日,日俄雙方爭(zhēng)論的焦點(diǎn)仍舊是北方領(lǐng)土的歸屬問(wèn)題。本文試以幕末日俄兩國(guó)圍繞北方領(lǐng)土而展開(kāi)的軍事沖突,及之后達(dá)成的第一個(gè)領(lǐng)土協(xié)議《下田條約》為研究對(duì)象,在汲取前人研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,以期對(duì)日俄兩國(guó)領(lǐng)土問(wèn)題的由來(lái)作出客觀的分析和判斷。 本文共分三章。第一章闡述了日俄兩國(guó)在北方諸島進(jìn)行的最初擴(kuò)張。本章從日俄兩國(guó)首次政府間的正式接觸入手,意在從中找出兩國(guó)對(duì)北方領(lǐng)土的占有欲望及擴(kuò)張意圖。 第二章闡述了日俄的軍事沖突。本章從日俄兩國(guó)在最初接觸中出現(xiàn)的矛盾入手,對(duì)進(jìn)而轉(zhuǎn)化成軍事沖突的過(guò)程進(jìn)行分析,以此來(lái)論述在解決當(dāng)時(shí)的北方領(lǐng)土問(wèn)題時(shí),兩國(guó)的軍事力量對(duì)問(wèn)題的解決起到了哪些作用。 第三章則主要分析兩國(guó)的外交策略。本章從俄美叩關(guān)入手,論述在日俄達(dá)成條約的過(guò)程中,兩國(guó)的外交方針、不同戰(zhàn)略偏向?qū)l約達(dá)成的影響以及當(dāng)時(shí)雙方的軍事態(tài)勢(shì)等,對(duì)條約達(dá)成起到哪些推動(dòng)作用。并且,對(duì)條約達(dá)成后兩國(guó)北方領(lǐng)土之爭(zhēng)處于何種狀態(tài)做了進(jìn)一步分析,最終對(duì)條約的性質(zhì)做出合理判斷。 本文在掌握大量俄、日文一手資料的前提下,采用歷史學(xué)與國(guó)際關(guān)系學(xué)相結(jié)合的研究方法,以“北寇八年”為代表的日俄軍事沖突及其《下田條約》等史實(shí)為探討問(wèn)題的出發(fā)點(diǎn),得出了“《下田條約》中的領(lǐng)土條款是日俄雙方在軍事實(shí)力暫時(shí)處于均衡,及為了達(dá)成雙方各自不同外交目的的前提下,所達(dá)成的暫時(shí)性的‘諒解備忘錄’性質(zhì)的領(lǐng)土協(xié)議”的結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:Japanese and Russian territory is a turbulent time, both in Japan and from the point of view of the development of world history. In this period, the problems of Japan and Russia were particularly striking and had a profound influence on the relations between the two countries. This article tries to make an objective analysis and judgment on the origin of the territorial problems between Japan and Russia on the basis of the research results of the first territorial agreement, the first territorial agreement, "the land Treaty of sada", which was carried out by the end of the Russian two countries around the Northern Territory.
This article is divided into three chapters. The first chapter expounds the initial expansion of Japan and Russia in the northern islands. This chapter, starting with the formal contact between the two countries for the first time, aims to find out the desire of the two countries to occupy the Northern Territory and the intention of expansion.
The second chapter expounds the military conflict between Japan and Russia. This chapter begins with the contradiction between Japan and Russia in the initial contact and analyses the process of transforming into military conflict, in order to discuss what role the military forces of the two countries have played in solving the problems of the northern territory at that time.
The third chapter mainly analyzes the diplomatic strategy of the two countries. Starting with the Russian and American customs, this chapter discusses the diplomatic policy of the two countries, the influence of the different strategies on the treaty and the military posture of the two parties at that time in the process of reaching the treaty between the two countries and the military posture of the two parties at that time. And what is the effect of the Treaty on the treaty between the two countries, and the northern territory of the two countries after the treaty has been reached. The status of the dispute is further analyzed, and finally the nature of the treaty is reasonably judged.
On the premise of mastering a large number of Russian and Japanese first-hand data, this paper uses the research method of history and international relations, and takes the historical facts as the Japanese Russian military conflict and the Nadu treaty, represented by the "eight years of the northern invaders" as the starting point, and draws the conclusion that the territory clause in the NPF is the temporary military strength of both Japan and Russia. The conclusion of a territorial agreement on the nature of the "memorandum of understanding", on the basis of equilibrium, and in order to achieve the different diplomatic purposes of both sides.
