【摘要】： 二戰(zhàn)以后,世界民族解放運動興起,西方殖民體系受到了嚴重的沖擊和破壞,“非殖民化”浪潮席卷全球;另一方面,在二戰(zhàn)中,英國和法國的實力受到了嚴重的削弱,尤其法國的戰(zhàn)敗投降使得法國的大國地位急劇下降,為了維護切身利益,恢復往昔的大國地位,英國和法國都極為重視殖民地問題。東南亞地區(qū)豐富的資源和重要的戰(zhàn)略位置,特別是冷戰(zhàn)后,作為兩大陣營對抗的前沿,其非殖民化的過程較為復雜。 英法兩國在東南亞的非殖民化過程中的表現有較大的差異。英國政治家較早地看到了非殖民化的趨勢,從而采取了相對溫和的策略,在馬來亞的武力鎮(zhèn)壓更多的是出于冷戰(zhàn)中對抗共產主義的需要;法國在印度支那則試圖重建法國統(tǒng)治,并不惜為此發(fā)動戰(zhàn)爭,法國憑借暴力為達到目的的主要手段,與英國的較為溫和的非殖民化政策形成鮮明的對比。 本文正文分為三個部分,英法在東南亞的非殖民化政策、英法在東南亞的非殖民化政策的相似性和英法在東南亞的非殖民化政策上的差異及其原因。 第一部分是對英法的東南亞非殖民化的政策的陳述。在這一部分中,著重從史實方面對東南亞的非殖民化過程進行梳理,使其脈絡清晰,便利于對這一問題的進一步的分析。 第二部分是對英法在非殖民化問題上的相似之處的分析。著重考察了兩國政策的相似之處,看出英法在非殖民化問題上的本質。 第三部分對英法兩國的東南亞非殖民化過程中的差異進行了歸納和分析。這一部分從兩國的政治制度、歷史傳統(tǒng)等多個方面分析了造成英法在東南亞的政策的差異的原因所在。
[Abstract]:After World War II , the rise of the world ' s national liberation movement , the western colonial system had been severely impacted and destroyed , the wave of " decolonization " swept over the globe ; on the other hand , in the second world war , the power of Britain and France had been severely weakened , especially in France . In order to safeguard the vital interests and restore the status of the great powers of the past , Britain and France attach great importance to the colonial problem . In particular , after the cold war , the process of decolonization was complicated .


Britain ' s two countries have shown great differences in the decolonization process in South - East Asia . British politicians have seen the trend of decolonization earlier and have adopted a relatively modest strategy to suppress the need for communism in the cold war against communism in the cold war ; France has tried to rebuild France ' s rule in Indochina , and it does not hesitate to wage war . France has made a sharp contrast with Britain ' s more moderate decolonization policy with the main means of violence .


The text of this paper is divided into three parts : the decolonization policy of British law in Southeast Asia , the similarities between British and French decolonization policy in Southeast Asia and the differences between British and French in the policy of decolonization in South - East Asia and its causes .


The first part is the statement of the policy of the South - East Asia decolonization of the British Law . In this part , the process of decolonization of Southeast Asia is focused on historical facts so as to make it clear and convenient for further analysis of the problem .


The second part is the analysis of the similarities between British and French in the question of decolonization . The similarities between the policies of the two countries are discussed , and the essence of Anglo - French in the question of decolonization can be seen .


The third part summarizes and analyzes the differences between Britain and France in the process of non - colonization in Southeast Asia . This part analyzes the causes of the differences between British and French policies in Southeast Asia from aspects of political system and historical tradition .
