【摘要】：本文以俄羅斯軍隊(duì)改革為出發(fā)點(diǎn),概括性的描繪出俄羅斯軍隊(duì)建設(shè)的歷程和軍隊(duì)改革的軌跡,并以點(diǎn)帶面,對(duì)俄羅斯國(guó)家軍事戰(zhàn)略、俄羅斯作戰(zhàn)理論發(fā)展,俄羅斯地緣政治格局調(diào)整以及對(duì)國(guó)際格局、國(guó)際關(guān)系的影響等問(wèn)題進(jìn)行深入論述,從理論角度對(duì)當(dāng)前國(guó)際形勢(shì)和俄軍建設(shè)的一些重大問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析,從中總結(jié)出經(jīng)驗(yàn)和教訓(xùn),以期為我國(guó)的武裝力量的改革和 建設(shè)提供有益的借鑒。本文擬從以下四大部分展開(kāi)論述: 第一部分,論述俄羅斯軍事改革的歷史背景。此部分對(duì)蘇聯(lián)解體后俄羅斯地緣政治格局的變化、蘇聯(lián)武裝力量的建設(shè)及瓦解的狀況進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)要介紹。第二部分,詳細(xì)闡述了各個(gè)時(shí)期俄羅斯軍事安全戰(zhàn)略及武裝力量改革與建設(shè)情況。第三部分,論述俄羅斯武裝力量改革與建設(shè)的基本模式和特點(diǎn)。第四部分闡述改革對(duì)國(guó)際格局、國(guó)際關(guān)系的影響,并總結(jié)出可供我國(guó)借鑒的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和教訓(xùn)。 全文共約46,000字。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the Russian military reform as the starting point, briefly describe the process of Russian military construction and military reform path, and to the point, the Russian national military strategy, the Russian military theory development, Russia's geopolitical pattern and adjustment of international situation, in-depth discussion of international relations influence, analyzes some major problems on the current international situation and the Russian construction from the perspective of theory, summed up the experience and lessons from it, with a view to China's armed forces and Reform
The construction provides useful reference. This paper will discuss from the following four parts:
The first part discusses the historical background of Russian military reform. This part of the change of geopolitical pattern in Russia after the collapse of the Soviet Union, briefly introduced the construction and the disintegration of the Soviet armed forces of the state. In the second part, elaborated on the various period of Russia's military security strategy and the armed forces of reform and construction. The third part discusses the basic mode the characteristics of the armed forces and the reform and construction of Russia. The fourth part describes the reform of the international pattern, international relations, and summed up the experience for our reference and lessons.
