【摘要】： 杜勒斯外交思想的形成深受其宗教情結(jié)、法律知識(shí)背景以及家族傳統(tǒng)的影響。杜勒斯是一個(gè)堅(jiān)定的反共分子,在臺(tái)海危機(jī)、印度支那戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)、柏林危機(jī)這些具體問(wèn)題上,杜勒斯都持強(qiáng)硬立場(chǎng)——希望與盟國(guó)在危機(jī)地區(qū)對(duì)共產(chǎn)黨進(jìn)行聯(lián)合的軍事行動(dòng),這揭示了杜勒斯對(duì)共產(chǎn)主義的一貫態(tài)度——極端仇視。然而,面對(duì)現(xiàn)實(shí)的種種情況,杜勒斯并不盲目反共,而是頭腦冷靜的采取其他措施來(lái)處理這些問(wèn)題。在杜勒斯任美國(guó)國(guó)務(wù)卿期間發(fā)生的臺(tái)海危機(jī)、印度支那戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)、柏林危機(jī)都以和平的方式得到了解決。杜勒斯的外交實(shí)踐折射出其外交的兩重性——既有法理道德主義的一面,又有務(wù)實(shí)的現(xiàn)實(shí)主義的一面。
[Abstract]:The formation of Dulles' diplomatic thought was deeply influenced by his religious complex, legal background and family tradition.Dulles is a staunch anti-communist, and on specific issues like the Taiwan Strait crisis, the Indochina war, and the Berlin crisis, Dulles has taken a tough stand-hoping to conduct joint military operations with allies against the Communist Party in crisis areas.This revealed Dulles' consistent attitude to communism-extreme hatred.However, in the face of all kinds of reality, Dulles did not blindly oppose the Communist Party, but calmly took other measures to deal with these problems.The Taiwan Strait crisis, the Indochina War, and the Berlin crisis during Dulles' tenure as U.S. Secretary of State were resolved peacefully.Dulles' diplomatic practice reflects the duality of his diplomacy-both legal morality and pragmatic realism.
