【摘要】：英國(guó)醫(yī)士來(lái)拉等人在19世紀(jì)中期所著的《西藥大成》一書(shū),是西方近代醫(yī)藥學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期最重要的本草著作之一,也是19世紀(jì)后期在中國(guó)翻譯的最大型的域外藥學(xué)著作�！段魉幋蟪伞分刑峒傲怂奈慌c中國(guó)藥物有關(guān)的人員和一部中醫(yī)著作,并從藥物的產(chǎn)地和對(duì)外貿(mào)易等角度敘述了一些中國(guó)的藥物,體現(xiàn)了當(dāng)時(shí)西方學(xué)者對(duì)中國(guó)藥物的書(shū)寫(xiě)和認(rèn)知。在《西藥大成》所呈現(xiàn)的相關(guān)敘事中不難發(fā)現(xiàn),中醫(yī)藥知識(shí)在全球化時(shí)代早期的中西文化交流所編織的醫(yī)學(xué)知識(shí)網(wǎng)絡(luò)中,已經(jīng)開(kāi)始了被邊緣化的趨勢(shì)。只有把近現(xiàn)代的中醫(yī)藥知識(shí)放到東西方交流的大網(wǎng)絡(luò)中,才能辨析其在近現(xiàn)代世界醫(yī)學(xué)中的角色、地位和分量。
