【摘要】：烏爾第三王朝(公元前2112年——公元前2004年)是蘇美爾人最后一個也是最強(qiáng)大的王朝。為應(yīng)對國家管理的不斷復(fù)雜化,國王舒勒吉在其統(tǒng)治的第38年(公元前2056年)設(shè)立普茲瑞什達(dá)干貢牲中心((?)-Puzrish-Dagan),作為國家的財(cái)政中心,掌管調(diào)撥各地向中央進(jìn)貢的牛羊等牲畜。該中心共運(yùn)行了33年,在伊比辛3年(公元前2024年)因無貢可收而關(guān)閉。貢牲中心的主要功能是向神廟、王室、外國使節(jié)、士兵及王室仆人們支出貢牲,作為國家政治、外交、軍事和宗教等事務(wù)支出的財(cái)力支持。貢牲中心是烏爾第三王朝王室直接管轄的中央財(cái)務(wù)管理部門,在烏爾第三王朝的行政和經(jīng)濟(jì)管理中占有重要的地位。本文重建了貢牲中心育肥師(kuru(?)da)烏爾美斯(Ur-mes)的工作檔案。目前統(tǒng)計(jì)到的貢牲中心出土的烏爾美斯的文獻(xiàn)共553件,烏爾美斯于阿馬爾辛2年3月至伊比辛1年12月(AS 2 iii—-IS 1 xii)在貢牲中心工作。論文分為兩個部分：第一部分是檔案分析,論述和分析了烏爾美斯的身份、工作職責(zé)與特點(diǎn),以及相關(guān)的工作聯(lián)系人。第二部分為檔案重建,按時(shí)間順序?qū)ι婕盀鯛柮浪沟脑嘉墨I(xiàn)按時(shí)間順序排列、原文拉丁化和中英文翻譯。通過重建和分析烏爾美斯的檔案,本文得出以下結(jié)論：烏爾美斯的主要工作是從各地方官員和貢牲中心其他官員手中接收羊牲,同時(shí)包括普通牲和淘汰級牲畜,然后進(jìn)行育肥。首先,烏爾美斯的主要工作聯(lián)系人是杜旮,在杜旮作為貢牲中心總管尹塔埃阿的助手期間,烏爾美斯作為杜旮的助手接收羊牲、出具收據(jù),并在杜旮的接管文件上蓋章；杜旮在烏爾美斯的支出文件上蓋章,監(jiān)督他的支出工作。其次,烏爾美斯從事接管工作,負(fù)責(zé)接管其他羊牲管理官員轉(zhuǎn)交來的羊牲并進(jìn)行育肥。同時(shí),烏爾美斯有少量調(diào)撥羊牲文件,證明其向?yàn)鯛柊桶秃湍裂蛉藶鯛枎旄駜z那等官員調(diào)撥羊牲。
[Abstract]:The third Ur dynasty (212 BC-2004 BC) was the last and most powerful Sumerian dynasty.In response to the growing complexity of state management, King Schulerjee established the Puzrish-Daganan Center in the 38th year of his rule (2056 BC) as the national financial centre for cattle, sheep and other animals that were sent to central tribute.The center was operated for 33 years and closed in Ibisin for 3 years (2024 BC) due to no tribute.The main function of the tribute center is to pay tribute to temples, royalty, foreign envoys, soldiers and royal servants as financial support for national political, diplomatic, military and religious affairs.The tribute Center is the central financial management department under the direct control of the third Dynasty of Ur, and plays an important role in the administration and economic management of the third Dynasty of Ur.This paper reconstructs the working file of Ur-mesa Ur-mes. a fattening teacher at the tribute Center.At present, there are 553 documents of Ulmes unearthed in the tribute Center. Ulmes works in the tribute Center from March 2, 2002 to December 1, 2001, from Armarsin to Ibisin.The paper is divided into two parts: the first part is the file analysis, discusses and analyzes the identity of Ulmes, job responsibilities and characteristics, as well as related job contacts.The second part is the reconstruction of archives. The original documents about Ulmes are arranged in chronological order, the original texts are Latinized and translated into Chinese and English.Through the reconstruction and analysis of Ulmes' archives, this paper draws the following conclusions: the main work of Ulmes is to receive sheep animals from local officials and other officials of tribute center, including ordinary animals and obsolete livestock, and then fattening them.First of all, the main working contact of Ulmez is du Ke. While du was the assistant of the general manager of the tribute center, Yintaea, Ulmez, as du's assistant, received the sheep, issued a receipt, and stamped the Duci's take-over document;Duces stamped Ulmes' expense documents to oversee his spending work.Second, Ulmes took over, taking over and fattening sheep handed over by other sheep management officials.At the same time, Ulmes had a small allocation of sheep animals to officials such as UrBaba and the shepherd Urkugnon.
