【摘要】： 小村壽太郎是明治末期的知名外相,其外交生涯被冠以“小村外交”之稱留名史冊�！皾M洲經(jīng)營”是日本大陸政策在征服“滿洲”這一關(guān)鍵性一步上的具體政策。在日俄戰(zhàn)爭前后,小村圍繞日本勢力如何入侵“滿洲”展開了對華、對俄、對美、對英的一系列外交,他對“滿洲經(jīng)營”的個人意見也在一定程度上左右了政府對“滿”政策的出臺,小村可謂是“滿洲經(jīng)營”的重要奠基者之一。以小村壽太郎與“滿洲經(jīng)營”為題,考察小村圍繞“滿洲”的活動,理清小村與“滿洲經(jīng)營”的關(guān)系,并對小村“滿洲經(jīng)營”的思想與實(shí)踐做出評價(jià),對于“小村外交”和“滿洲經(jīng)營”的研究具有雙方面的理論價(jià)值。 本論文在吸取前人研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,以大陸政策的發(fā)展為背景,截取小村外交的一個側(cè)面,力求通過史論結(jié)合和文獻(xiàn)分析法對相關(guān)的日文、中文資料和專著進(jìn)行分析和研究,以期揭示“滿洲經(jīng)營”是“小村外交”的重要著眼點(diǎn),小村為“滿洲經(jīng)營”所做的規(guī)劃和外交實(shí)踐是早期“滿洲經(jīng)營”的重要組成部分。 論文正文共分四部分:第一部分是“滿洲”問題的出現(xiàn)與“小村外交”的展開;第二部分是日俄戰(zhàn)爭與小村“滿洲經(jīng)營”思想的形成,著重分析標(biāo)志著小村“滿洲經(jīng)營”思想初步形成的《滿韓經(jīng)營綱略》以及撕毀哈——桂協(xié)定事件;第三部分是日俄戰(zhàn)后小村關(guān)于“滿洲經(jīng)營”的實(shí)踐,小村通過對華、對美、對俄、對英的一系列“小村外交”,確立了“滿洲經(jīng)營”的國際正統(tǒng)性并支持了“滿鐵”的獨(dú)占性經(jīng)營;第四部分是對小村“滿洲經(jīng)營”思想與實(shí)踐的評價(jià),最終指出小村“滿洲經(jīng)營”思想與實(shí)踐的實(shí)質(zhì)是謀求日本在滿洲的獨(dú)占利益,企圖將“滿洲”建設(shè)成為日本獨(dú)占的殖民地。
[Abstract]:Shoutaro Omura was a famous foreign minister in the late Meiji period.Manchuria management is a key step of Japanese mainland policy to conquer Manchuria.Before and after the war between Japan and Russia, around how Japanese forces invaded "Manchuria," he launched a series of diplomacy toward China, Russia, the United States, and Britain.His personal opinion on "Manchuria management" has also influenced the government's introduction of "Manchu" policy to a certain extent, and the village is one of the important founders of "Manchuria management".Taking Shoutaro Omura and Manchuria as the topic, this paper examines the activities of the village around "Manchuria", clarifies the relationship between the village and the "management of Manchuria", and evaluates the thought and practice of the "management of Manchuria" in the village.The study of "Village diplomacy" and "Manchuria Management" has dual theoretical value.On the basis of the previous research results, this paper takes the development of mainland policy as the background, intercepts one aspect of village diplomacy, and tries to analyze and study the relevant Japanese, Chinese materials and monographs through the combination of historical theory and literature analysis.In order to reveal that "Manchuria management" is an important focus of "small village diplomacy", the planning and diplomatic practice made by small village for "Manchuria management" is an important part of early "Manchuria management".The paper is divided into four parts: the first part is the emergence of "Manchuria" problem and the development of "Village diplomacy"; the second part is the formation of the thought of "Manchuria management" and the war between Japan and Russia.Emphasis is placed on the analysis of the "Manchuria Management" concept that marks the initial formation of the "Manchuria Management" in the small village and the tearing up of the Ha-Gui Agreement. The third part is the practice of the "Manchuria Management" in the small villages after the war between Japan and Russia. The small villages, through their dealings with China and the United States,To Russia and Britain, a series of "village diplomacy" has established the international orthodoxy of "Manchuria management" and supported the exclusive operation of "Manchuria".Finally, it is pointed out that the essence of the thought and practice of "Manchuria management" is to seek the exclusive interests of Japan in Manchuria and try to build Manchuria into an exclusive colony of Japan.
