【摘要】：美國黑人種族隔離問題一直是被廣泛關(guān)注的一個(gè)社會問題,美國黑人的城市化是歷史發(fā)展的一種趨勢和規(guī)律。黑人為爭取民主、平等權(quán)利的腳步一直沒有停歇,但城市化進(jìn)程并沒有實(shí)現(xiàn)“美國夢”。本文對黑人的城市化進(jìn)程進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的梳理,深入分析美國黑人城市化進(jìn)程中黑人居住隔離的緣由及出現(xiàn)的特征,并重點(diǎn)總結(jié)了黑人城市化對美國城市社會造成的影響。 文章第一部分對城市化與居住隔離的概念進(jìn)行了界定,從文化、教育、歷史和黑人自身等方面深入研究了黑人居住隔離的淵源。第二部分以美國城市化進(jìn)程為主線,從時(shí)間和空間上重點(diǎn)梳理了1920年(美國成為城市化國家)后黑人居住隔離的狀況,從步入城市化國家前、都市區(qū)化時(shí)期、大都市區(qū)時(shí)期、郊區(qū)化時(shí)期和大型大都市區(qū)時(shí)期五個(gè)階段對黑人的居住模式進(jìn)行了梳理研究。第三部分分析了黑人居住隔離的一些新特征,重點(diǎn)論述了黑人居住隔離下的貧困化和社會群體隔離。最后文章對黑人城市化中居住隔離所引起的社會影響進(jìn)行了深入的剖析,對引發(fā)城市黑人居住隔離模式的原因進(jìn)行了反思。黑人居住隔離是多種因素構(gòu)成,長期發(fā)展將引發(fā)民族分層,這種“美國病”在短期內(nèi)很難根治,嚴(yán)重影響美國社會和諧進(jìn)步。 研究分析美國城市化不同階段的種族居住隔離,梳理其背后的原因,探尋改善這種現(xiàn)象的途徑和方法,為建設(shè)和諧、美好的城市提供借鑒,對于一個(gè)即將步入城市化國家的多民族我國來說有著重要的理論指導(dǎo)意義和深遠(yuǎn)的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:African American racial problem has been a social problem widely concerned, African American city is a trend and the law of historical development. Black for democracy and equal rights, the pace has not relented, but the city did not realize the process of the "American Dream". In this paper, the process of the black city a systematic review, analyze the characteristics of the reason of residential segregation and the emergence of black African American city in the process, and summarized the impact on the American Society of city of black city.
The first part of the city and the concept of residential segregation are defined from the culture, education, history and so on to study the black black origin of residential segregation. The second part of the United States city process as the main line, from the time and space focus on 1920 (the United States to become the city of the country after the Harlem) isolation of the situation, from the city into the country before the metropolitan area of the metropolitan area during the period of study on the five stages of suburbanization period and large metropolitan areas during the period of the black live mode. The third part analyzes some new black residential segregation characteristics, discusses the black residential segregation under the poverty and social isolation. The in-depth analysis of the social impact caused by the last article on black city in residential segregation, the causes of residential segregation in black city model It is a reflection. Black residential segregation is a variety of factors. Long-term development will lead to ethnic stratification. This "American disease" is difficult to eradicate in a short time, which seriously affects the social harmony and progress in the United States.
Research and analysis of American city in different stages of racial residential segregation, combing the reasons behind it, to explore ways and methods to improve this phenomenon, to provide reference for the construction of a harmonious and beautiful city, is of great theoretical significance and far-reaching practical significance for a country is about to enter the city of many nationalities in our country.
