【摘要】：壯族都老制民主是中國古代少數(shù)民族民主的一個典型,而古希臘城邦民主代表了西方古代民主。兩者相同之處是:主權在民、直接民主、職責分工明確、官員即公仆、實行法治、自由平等。兩者相異之處表現(xiàn)在地域和文化背景、層次和規(guī)模、水平、參與面、經(jīng)濟基礎、思想基礎、訴求七個方面。啟迪:民主非西方人專利,而是普世價值;中國有本土民主傳統(tǒng)資源,中國特色政改道路可融合中西民主資源。
[Abstract]:The old democracy of Zhuang nationality is a typical democracy of ethnic minorities in ancient China, while the ancient Greek city-state democracy represents ancient western democracy.They are: sovereignty in the people, direct democracy, clear division of duties, officials, that is, public servants, the implementation of the rule of law, freedom and equality.The differences are manifested in seven aspects: regional and cultural background, level and scale, level, participation, economic base, ideological basis and appeal.Enlightenment: democracy is not a Western patent, but universal value; China has local democratic traditional resources, the road of political reform with Chinese characteristics can integrate Chinese and Western democratic resources.
