戰(zhàn)后美國城市郊區(qū)化模式及其對中國的適用性研究

【摘要】:在西方發(fā)達(dá)國家中,美國的城市郊區(qū)化具有典型性,因而深受學(xué)界關(guān)注。對美國城市郊區(qū)化的考察不僅有助于認(rèn)識城市發(fā)展的一般規(guī)律,而且能夠?qū)W習(xí)它的經(jīng)驗和教訓(xùn)。本文考察了二戰(zhàn)以后美國城市郊區(qū)化的進(jìn)程,探討了美國郊區(qū)化的動因,分析了美國郊區(qū)化的負(fù)面效應(yīng),并在此基礎(chǔ)上挖掘了戰(zhàn)后美國城市郊區(qū)化模式中適用于中國城市化的內(nèi)容。 第一章考察了二戰(zhàn)以后美國城市郊區(qū)化的發(fā)展及其特點。美國的城市郊區(qū)化最初是從居住的郊區(qū)化開始的,二戰(zhàn)以后就業(yè)的郊區(qū)化也日益發(fā)展起來。戰(zhàn)后美國城市郊區(qū)的特點主要有三個。一是較少受到政府的干預(yù),從城市核心向外自然擴(kuò)展。二是低密度蔓延,郊區(qū)功能區(qū)單一,郊區(qū)居民通勤距離長。三是大都市區(qū)郊區(qū)的發(fā)展壯大了大都市區(qū)的實力,有利于各種資源的集約利用。 第二章探討了戰(zhàn)后美國城市郊區(qū)化的動力機(jī)制。其推動力量主要有四個方面。一是新交通工具的應(yīng)用和交通方式的變化;二是經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整;三是主流家庭模式和生活方式的變遷;四是美國聯(lián)邦政府推進(jìn)郊區(qū)化的政策。 第三章分析了戰(zhàn)后美國城市郊區(qū)化的負(fù)面效應(yīng)。這種負(fù)面效應(yīng),可以從對資源環(huán)境和對人兩個方面來考察。就前者而言,郊區(qū)的發(fā)展對資源和環(huán)境造成了很大的浪費和破壞。就后者而論,美國郊區(qū)的居住環(huán)境實質(zhì)上是非人性化的。 第四章論述了戰(zhàn)后美國城市郊區(qū)化模式對于中國的適用性問題。根據(jù)國情,中國應(yīng)該走具有中國特色的城市郊區(qū)化道路。但是,美國模式也有適用于中國的內(nèi)容。其中,郊區(qū)化依托大都市區(qū)化、郊區(qū)化的新理論都是美國模式值得借鑒的重要方面。
[Abstract]:In the western developed countries, the suburbanization of American cities is typical, so it is paid close attention to by scholars.The study of American suburbanization is not only helpful to understand the general law of urban development, but also to learn its experience and lessons.This paper examines the process of suburbanization in the United States after World War II, probes into the causes of suburbanization in the United States, and analyzes the negative effects of suburbanization in the United States.On this basis, the article excavates the content of the American suburbanization model suitable for China's urbanization after the war.The first chapter examines the development and characteristics of American suburbanization after World War II.The suburbanization of American cities began with the suburbanization of residence and the suburbanization of employment after World War II.There were three main features of the American urban suburbs after the war.First, less government intervention, from the urban core to the natural expansion.Second, low density spread, the suburban functional area is single, suburban residents long commuting distance.Third, the development of metropolitan suburbs strengthens the strength of metropolitan areas, conducive to intensive use of various resources.The second chapter discusses the dynamic mechanism of American suburbanization after the war.Its driving force has four main aspects.One is the application of new means of transportation and the change of transportation mode; the other is the development of economy and the adjustment of economic structure; the third is the change of mainstream family pattern and lifestyle; and the fourth is the policy of the United States federal government to promote suburbanization.The third chapter analyzes the negative effects of American suburbanization after the war.This kind of negative effect, can examine from two aspects of resource environment and person.As far as the former is concerned, the development of suburbs has caused great waste and destruction to resources and environment.As far as the latter is concerned, the living environment in the American suburbs is essentially dehumanized.The fourth chapter discusses the applicability of the American suburbanization model to China after the war.According to the national conditions, China should take the road of suburbanization with Chinese characteristics.But the American model also has content that applies to China.Among them, the new theory of suburbanization based on metropolitan area and suburbanization is an important aspect of American model.
