【摘要】： 喬治·索羅斯的開放社會(huì)基金會(huì)1979年成立于紐約,此后基金會(huì)逐步擴(kuò)大,形成了一個(gè)遍布東歐、前蘇聯(lián)、中部歐亞大陸,以及南非、海地、危地馬拉和美國的龐大網(wǎng)絡(luò)。索羅斯開放社會(huì)基金會(huì)的使命是打開封閉社會(huì),搜尋可能的“民主萌芽”,然后采取各種手段扶植它發(fā)展壯大。這個(gè)進(jìn)程是和平的、緩慢的和漸進(jìn)的,但從不間斷。最終,革命會(huì)給這些國家?guī)砻裰鞯恼Q生。 索羅斯建立開放性社會(huì)基金會(huì)是受其開放社會(huì)理論影響的。索羅斯師承英國哲學(xué)家卡爾·波普開放社會(huì)思想,形成了自己的開放社會(huì)理論。索羅斯認(rèn)為我們的理解力是不完備的,一個(gè)完美的社會(huì)是不可能實(shí)現(xiàn)的；所以我們必須滿足于一個(gè)次優(yōu)選擇；一個(gè)不完美的社會(huì),但它隨時(shí)接受改善,并力求得到改善。 本論文共分四部分 第一部分介紹索羅斯開放社會(huì)基金會(huì)的建立和發(fā)展。介紹了索羅斯建立開放社會(huì)基金會(huì)的原因和背景。 第二部分介紹索羅斯開放社會(huì)基金會(huì)的指導(dǎo)思想。包括索羅斯的開放社會(huì)思想和索羅斯開放社會(huì)思想的淵源。 第三部分介紹索羅斯開放社會(huì)基金會(huì)對(duì)國際政治的影響。該部分主要介紹索羅斯開放社會(huì)基金會(huì)在東歐劇變、蘇聯(lián)解體及顏色革命中的作用,同時(shí)還介紹了基金會(huì)在中國的活動(dòng)情況。 第四部分對(duì)索羅斯開放社會(huì)基金會(huì)的評(píng)價(jià)。索羅斯開放社會(huì)基金會(huì)很多活動(dòng)帶有明顯的政治色彩,但不能否認(rèn)的是索羅斯開放社會(huì)基金會(huì)在教育文化、醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生、環(huán)境保護(hù)等很多領(lǐng)域都促進(jìn)了社會(huì)的進(jìn)步和發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:George Soros's Open Society Foundation was founded in New York in 1979 and has since expanded to form a region of eastern Europe, the former Soviet Union, central Eurasia, and South Africa and Haiti. A vast network in Guatemala and the United States. The mission of the Soros Open Society Foundation is to open up closed societies, search for possible "germs of democracy," and then use various means to foster its growth. The process is peaceful. Slow and gradual, but uninterrupted. Eventually, the revolution will bring democracy to these countries. Soros established the Open Society Foundation under the influence of his open society theory. Soros thinks that our understanding is incomplete, that a perfect society is impossible, so we have to be content with a suboptimal choice, an imperfect society. But it is ready to accept improvements and strive to improve them. This thesis is divided into four parts. The first part introduces the establishment and development of Soros Open Society Foundation. The second part introduces the guiding ideology of Soros Open Society Foundation, including the origin of Soros' Open Society thought and Soros' Open Society thought. The third part introduces the influence of Soros Open Society Foundation on international politics. This part mainly introduces the role of Soros Open Society Foundation in the dramatic changes in Eastern Europe, the disintegration of the Soviet Union and the color revolution. At the same time, it also introduces the activities of the Foundation in China. The fourth part is the evaluation of the Soros Open Society Foundation. Many of the activities of the Soros Open Society Foundation are obviously political, but it cannot be denied that the Soros Open Society Foundation is working on education, culture, medical and health care. Environmental protection and other fields have promoted social progress and development.
