【摘要】：中世紀(jì)德國的農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)和英法等歐洲其他封建國家的農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)一樣為世界農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展做出了重要貢獻(xiàn)。先進(jìn)的農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)技術(shù)在促進(jìn)日耳曼人農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)多樣化的同時(shí),也為其環(huán)境的有效保護(hù)和資源的合理利用提供了充分保障。可以說,環(huán)境史視野下的中世紀(jì)德國農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)做到了自然、技術(shù)、環(huán)境、人和社會(huì)五個(gè)要素的協(xié)調(diào)統(tǒng)一和平衡發(fā)展,也為當(dāng)今生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展提供了諸多有益的啟示。
[Abstract]:Agricultural production in medieval Germany and other feudal countries in Europe, such as England and France, made important contributions to the development of world agriculture. Advanced agricultural production technology promoted the diversification of agricultural production among the Germanic people at the same time. It also provides a sufficient guarantee for the effective protection of the environment and the rational use of resources. It can be said that the medieval German agricultural production in the perspective of environmental history achieved the coordinated and balanced development of the five elements of nature, technology, environment, people and society. It also provides a lot of beneficial enlightenment for the development of ecological agriculture.
