【摘要】： 泛斯拉夫主義是19世紀(jì)初期在中東歐出現(xiàn)的一種為謀求各斯拉夫民族文化自決、政治獨(dú)立而結(jié)盟的文化、政治綱領(lǐng)，它最早出現(xiàn)在奧地利境內(nèi)的西斯拉夫人的知識(shí)分子中間，其目的在于避免被德意志人和馬扎爾人所同化。由于當(dāng)時(shí)俄國(guó)是斯拉夫世界中最大的國(guó)家，所以?shī)W地利等地的泛斯拉夫主義者就很快與俄國(guó)牽上了手，，出現(xiàn)了俄國(guó)的泛斯拉夫主義。 俄國(guó)的泛斯拉夫主義與早期的斯拉夫主義既有區(qū)別又有聯(lián)系。前者是俄國(guó)民族主義分子對(duì)西方民族和文化極端仇視的反映，表現(xiàn)出大俄羅斯沙文主義的特征；后者則強(qiáng)調(diào)發(fā)展俄羅斯的民族性、反對(duì)俄國(guó)走西方化的道路。但俄國(guó)的斯拉夫主義者為泛斯拉夫主義提供了重要的觀念和理論基礎(chǔ)，甚至有的斯拉夫主義者后來(lái)轉(zhuǎn)變成為泛斯拉夫主義者。俄國(guó)泛斯拉夫主義者將斯拉夫主義的崇尚俄國(guó)文化引向了對(duì)西方民族和文化的極端仇視，并妄圖使所有斯拉夫人俄羅斯化，進(jìn)而使所有的斯拉夫人結(jié)成一個(gè)與西方對(duì)立的聯(lián)盟。 由于泛斯拉夫主義與俄國(guó)政府的外交政策難以協(xié)調(diào)一致，更重要的是俄國(guó)民眾和俄國(guó)境外的斯拉夫人對(duì)泛斯拉夫主義不感興趣，因而俄國(guó)泛斯拉夫主義無(wú)疑是一場(chǎng)失敗的運(yùn)動(dòng)。但它對(duì)俄羅斯民族和其他斯拉夫民族的文化與歷史進(jìn)程以及近代歐洲的國(guó)際關(guān)系產(chǎn)生了重大影響。
[Abstract]:Pan-Slavic Doctrine appeared in the early 19th century in Central and Eastern Europe for the purpose of seeking the cultural self-determination, political independence and political platform of each Slavic nation. It first appeared among the intellectuals of Mrs. Sisra in Austria. The aim was to avoid being assimilated by the Germans and Mazars. Since Russia was then the largest country in the Slavic world, pan-Slavic activists in Austria and elsewhere quickly joined hands with Russia. Russian pan-Slavic doctrine emerged. The former is a reflection of the extreme hatred of the western nation and culture by Russian nationalists and shows the characteristics of the great Russian chauvinism. The latter emphasized the development of Russian nationality and opposed the westernization of Russia. However, the Slavic elements in Russia provided an important conceptual and theoretical basis for pan-Slavic doctrine. Some Slavs later turned into pan-Slavists, who led the Slavic cult of Russian culture to the extreme hatred of Western nations and cultures. He tried to make all Slavs Russians, and then all Slavs to form an alliance with the West. Since pan-Slavic doctrine is difficult to reconcile with the foreign policy of the Russian government, what is more important is that the Russian people and the Slavic people outside Russia are not interested in pan-Slavic doctrine. Therefore, Russian pan-Slavic doctrine is undoubtedly a failed movement, but it has exerted great influence on the cultural and historical process of the Russian and other Slavic peoples and on the international relations in modern Europe.
