【摘要】： 美國(guó)獨(dú)立戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)以及美國(guó)內(nèi)戰(zhàn)在這個(gè)國(guó)家的發(fā)展歷史上往往十分引人矚目,呈現(xiàn)出非常明顯的歷史性格,吸引了眾多的學(xué)者研究這兩個(gè)時(shí)代的美國(guó)社會(huì)。而居于兩個(gè)時(shí)代之間的杰克遜時(shí)代(1815-1846)卻往往被人忽視,以至于很多人都不知道這個(gè)國(guó)家的歷史上還曾經(jīng)存在著這個(gè)時(shí)代。本文試圖通過對(duì)這個(gè)時(shí)代的社會(huì)生活的一些方面的描寫來闡明作者對(duì)于這個(gè)時(shí)代美國(guó)民主的認(rèn)識(shí),希望讀者能夠了解美國(guó)的這個(gè)時(shí)代的社會(huì)以及所展現(xiàn)出來的一種與人們對(duì)美國(guó)民主的一般認(rèn)識(shí)不太相同的民主觀念。 全文分為五個(gè)章節(jié): 第一章從政黨政治論述北方在這個(gè)時(shí)代呈現(xiàn)出的民主特征。 第二章論述這個(gè)時(shí)代美國(guó)南部社會(huì)的特征以及造成這種社會(huì)特征的原因。 第三章論述西部社會(huì)在建立的過程中所體現(xiàn)出來的民主自治精神,以及印第安人所遭遇的命運(yùn)。 第四章則論述在這個(gè)時(shí)代所呈現(xiàn)的若干民主原則,有別于前三部分按照地理區(qū)域論述的方法。 第五章是本文的結(jié)束語(yǔ),大致概括了作者對(duì)于民主的若干新的認(rèn)識(shí)和對(duì)這個(gè)國(guó)家的資本的重新認(rèn)識(shí)。 全文不是首先對(duì)民主做一個(gè)定義,然后根據(jù)定義分類加以論述,而是試圖通過對(duì)這個(gè)時(shí)代的描寫,將作者對(duì)民主的認(rèn)識(shí)分布于各個(gè)章節(jié)之中,以期獲得更加深刻的認(rèn)識(shí)。
[Abstract]:The American War of Independence and the American Civil War are often very remarkable in the development history of this country, showing a very obvious historical character. Attracted many scholars to study the American society of these two ages. The Jackson era, which lived between the two ages, was often ignored. So many people do not know that this era still existed in the history of this country. This article attempts to clarify the author's understanding of American democracy in this era by describing some aspects of social life in this era. I hope that readers can understand the society of this era of America and show a kind of democratic concept which is different from the general understanding of American democracy. The full text is divided into five chapters:. The first chapter discusses the democratic characteristics of the North in this era from the party politics. The second chapter discusses the characteristics of the southern American society in this era and the causes of the social characteristics. The third chapter discusses the spirit of democratic autonomy embodied in the process of the establishment of the western society and the fate of the Indians. The fourth chapter discusses several democratic principles presented in this era, different from the first three parts according to the geographical region. The fifth chapter is the conclusion of this paper, which summarizes the author's new understanding of democracy and the new understanding of the country's capital. This paper is not a definition of democracy, and then discusses it according to the definition and classification, but attempts to distribute the author's understanding of democracy in various chapters through the description of this era, in order to gain a deeper understanding.
