【摘要】：馬六甲海峽對(duì)日本而言極具戰(zhàn)略價(jià)值,是日本"海上生命線"的重要關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)。馬六甲海峽的安全通暢與否直接關(guān)系到日本經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展甚至是日本生存的根基。然而,馬六甲海峽一直以來都面臨著來自傳統(tǒng)安全和非傳統(tǒng)安全的雙重挑戰(zhàn)。因此,馬六甲海峽的安全引起日本的高度關(guān)注。日本為確保其在馬六甲海峽的重大戰(zhàn)略利益,長(zhǎng)期以來從經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、外交、軍事等方面積極介入馬六甲海峽安全事務(wù)。日本積極介入馬六甲海峽安全事務(wù)的特點(diǎn)鮮明:政府與非政府組織攜手合作;雙邊與多邊外交相結(jié)合;未雨綢繆,軍事準(zhǔn)備積極。
[Abstract]:The Strait of Malacca is of great strategic value to Japan and is an important key point of Japan's "offshore lifeline." whether the Strait of Malacca is safe or unobstructed is directly related to Japan's economic development and even the foundation of Japan's survival. However, The Strait of Malacca has always faced dual challenges from traditional and non-traditional security. Therefore, the security of the Straits of Malacca has aroused great concern in Japan. In order to ensure its major strategic interests in the Straits of Malacca, For a long time, Japan has been actively involved in the security affairs of the Strait of Malacca from the aspects of economy, politics, diplomacy and military affairs. The characteristics of Japan's active involvement in the security affairs of the Straits of Malacca are as follows: the government and non-governmental organizations cooperate together; Bilateral and multilateral diplomacy are combined; good preparations are made ahead of time, and military preparations are active.
