【摘要】：十月革命后建立起來(lái)的蘇維埃政權(quán)始終面臨被帝國(guó)主義"和平瓦解"的危險(xiǎn)。列寧敏銳把握了國(guó)際資產(chǎn)階級(jí)"和平瓦解"蘇維埃政權(quán)的新動(dòng)向,科學(xué)分析了"和平瓦解"的戰(zhàn)略背景和策略手法。俄國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)文化的落后狀況蘊(yùn)藏著"和平瓦解"蘇維埃政權(quán)的社會(huì)根源,世界資本主義的強(qiáng)勢(shì)地位構(gòu)成了"和平瓦解"蘇維埃政權(quán)的物質(zhì)力量,新經(jīng)濟(jì)政策難以避免的消極影響孕育了"和平瓦解"蘇維埃政權(quán)的現(xiàn)實(shí)因素。列寧規(guī)劃并領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的抵御"和平瓦解"圖謀的斗爭(zhēng)鞏固了蘇維埃政權(quán),為社會(huì)主義國(guó)家留下了有效防止"和平瓦解"的寶貴遺產(chǎn)。
[Abstract]:The Soviet regime established after the October Revolution was always in danger of being "peacefully disintegrated" by imperialism. Lenin was keenly aware of the new trend of the international bourgeoisie's "peaceful disintegration" of the Soviet regime. This paper scientifically analyzes the strategic background and tactics of "peaceful disintegration". The backward situation of Russian economy and culture contains the social root of "peaceful disintegration" of Soviet regime. The strong position of world capitalism constitutes the material force for the "peaceful disintegration" of the Soviet regime. The inevitable negative effects of the new economic policy gave birth to the realistic factors for the "peaceful disintegration" of the Soviet regime. Lenin's planned and led struggle against the "peaceful disintegration" plot consolidated the Soviet regime. It has left a valuable legacy for socialist countries to effectively prevent the "peaceful disintegration".
