【摘要】：中世紀晚期，，隨著歐洲經(jīng)濟的復蘇以及商業(yè)、貿易的繁榮，佛蘭德地區(qū)形成了以根特為代表的城市群。根特的飛速發(fā)展促使佛蘭德地區(qū)成為歐洲北部最為重要的紡織業(yè)中心。根特是佛蘭德地區(qū)發(fā)展較早、手工業(yè)較為發(fā)達、商貿活躍的代表性城市。然而，佛蘭德地區(qū)在發(fā)展到14世紀下半葉時，由于缺乏自然資源、嚴重依賴進口、內外政治斗爭激烈、經(jīng)濟結構的不合理等因素而衰落下去。根特市是佛蘭德地區(qū)城市發(fā)展的代表之一，綜合體現(xiàn)了佛蘭德地區(qū)城市發(fā)展的一些普遍特點與規(guī)律。從根特的發(fā)展歷程中也可以發(fā)現(xiàn)佛蘭德地區(qū)的資本主義發(fā)展有著先天的不足與局限性，從而可以發(fā)現(xiàn)佛蘭德地區(qū)資本主義發(fā)展的規(guī)律及特點。 本文主要分為四個部分：第一個部分主要闡述佛蘭德城市興起的歷史背景與概況；第二個部分主要對根特發(fā)展興起的進程作了闡述，并從地理、人口、經(jīng)濟、等方面進行了分析；第三個部分主要論述根特由興盛轉向了衰落的過程，并從政治、經(jīng)濟、行會等方面對根特的衰落進行了論述；第四個部分則是對佛蘭德地區(qū)的發(fā)展興衰過程進行總結與對我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的借鑒。 在以根特為代表的佛蘭德地區(qū)城市發(fā)展的過程中，我們可以發(fā)現(xiàn)根特及佛蘭德地區(qū)在經(jīng)濟面臨轉型與挑戰(zhàn)的時候，由于內部和外部的因素，沒有將其孕育的資本主義萌芽發(fā)展成為成熟的資本主義，反而逐漸衰落下去。本文將分析其中的原因及佛蘭德地區(qū)資本主義發(fā)展的局限性。本文從佛蘭德地區(qū)代表性的城市根特著手，并分析以根特為代表的佛蘭德城市興衰的因素，從而吸取佛蘭德地區(qū)發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗教訓，為我國在市場經(jīng)濟條件下的發(fā)展提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:In the late Middle Ages, with the recovery of European economy and the prosperity of commerce and trade, The Flanders formed the urban agglomeration represented by Ghent. The rapid development of Ghent led to the Flanders becoming the most important textile center in northern Europe. However, when the Flemish region developed into the second half of 14th century, due to a lack of natural resources and heavy dependence on imports, domestic and foreign political struggles were fierce. The city of Ghent was one of the representatives of urban development in the Flemish region. It comprehensively reflects some general characteristics and laws of urban development in Flemish region. From the development process of Ghent, it can also be found that capitalist development in Flanders region has inherent deficiencies and limitations. Thus we can find the laws and characteristics of the development of capitalism in Flemish area. This paper is mainly divided into four parts: the first part mainly describes the historical background and general situation of the rise of Flemish city, the second part mainly describes the process of the development of Ghent, and from geography, population, economy, The third part mainly discusses the decline of Ghent from prosperity to decline, and discusses the decline from politics, economy, guild and so on. The fourth part summarizes the development process of Flemish area and draws lessons from our country's economic development. In the process of urban development in the Flemish region, represented by Ghent, we can find that the Ghent and Flemish regions are facing economic transformation and challenges due to internal and external factors. Did not develop the seeds of capitalism that it bred into mature capitalism, This paper will analyze the reasons and the limitation of capitalist development in Flemish region. This paper begins with the representative city of Ghent in Flanders, and analyzes the factors of the rise and fall of Flemish city, which is represented by Ghent. So as to draw lessons from the development of Flemish area and provide reference for the development of our country under the market economy condition.
