【摘要】：從1931年日本發(fā)動侵略中國的“九一八”事變到1941年日本偷襲珍珠港太平洋戰(zhàn)爭的爆發(fā),這十年間是美日在遠(yuǎn)東太平洋地區(qū)爭奪最為激烈的時期。美國的“門戶開放”政策和日本的“大陸政策”均是以中國為主要對象。另外,東南亞地區(qū)特別是越南、新加坡,荷屬東印度群島由于特殊的戰(zhàn)略地位以及豐富的資源也成為日美在太平洋上博弈的主要戰(zhàn)場。在此期間,隨著日本的侵略步伐不斷深入,美國對日政策也不斷發(fā)生變化。從采取妥協(xié)、綏靖,到適度遏制、抗?fàn)?直至采取強硬制裁。這一時期美國的政策是以避免或推遲卷入對日戰(zhàn)爭,希圖以最小的代價,實現(xiàn)維護美國在遠(yuǎn)東太平洋地區(qū)利益為目的。因此,在美國對日政策的演變過程中一直存在以犧牲中國利益而與日本達(dá)成妥協(xié)的可能性。然而由于美日雙方矛盾的不可調(diào)和,以及日本在侵略道路上的不斷深入,最終導(dǎo)致了太平洋戰(zhàn)爭的爆發(fā)。 文章對美國對日政策的演變做一梳理與歸納,有助于我們了解當(dāng)時美、中、日之間的關(guān)系制約,美日在遠(yuǎn)東的戰(zhàn)略方針和各自扮演的角色。美日都是以其自身利益為最大出發(fā)點,而當(dāng)時作為弱國的中國則可能被犧牲。有利于我們總結(jié)歷史經(jīng)驗教訓(xùn)：一個國家在國際舞臺上最主要需依靠自身實力,而不是寄希望于其他國家。也使我們認(rèn)識到,作為當(dāng)今世界上舉足輕重的經(jīng)濟體與政治力量,美日關(guān)系仍然影響到亞太地區(qū)乃至整個世界區(qū)域國際關(guān)系的發(fā)展變化。對美日關(guān)系和美國對日政策演變歷史的分析,以及美、中、日利益交叉點的認(rèn)識,是我國在新形勢下發(fā)展自強,實現(xiàn)民族復(fù)興道路上不可忽視的因素。
[Abstract]:From the 1931 Japanese aggression Chinese "918" incident to the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor in 1941 the outbreak of the Pacific War, the ten years is the United States and Japan in the Far East Pacific region for the most intense period. The "open door policy" and Japan's "mainland policy" is to Chinese as the main object. In addition, especially in Southeast Asia is Vietnam, Singapore, the Dutch East Indies as a special strategic position and abundant resources has become the main battlefield of the game in the Pacific. During this period, with the pace of Japan's aggression is deepened constantly, the American policies toward Japan are constantly changing. Appeasement from compromise, and to moderate containment, struggle, until the tough the policy of the United States sanctions. This period is to avoid or delay in the war against Japan, hoping to minimize the cost, realize the maintenance in the Far East Pacific region of the United States Benefits for the purpose. Therefore, a possibility to reach a compromise with Japan at the expense of the interests of Chinese has existed in the evolution of American policy toward Japan. However, due to the irreconcilable contradiction between the United States and Japan, and the Japanese aggression in the road continues, eventually led to the outbreak of the Pacific War.
The evolution of American policy toward Japan to make a comb and induction, helps us understand that beauty,, relationship between China and Japan, the U.S. and Japan in the Far East strategy and their respective roles. Japan is in its own interests as the best starting point, and then as the weak China may be sacrificed. We can summarize the historical experiences and lessons: a country must mainly depend on its own strength in the international arena, rather than hoping to other countries. It makes us realize that, as the economy and political power plays an important role in the world today, the US Japan relations still affect the development and change of the Asia Pacific region and the world as a whole area of international relations the analysis of the evolution of the relations between the United States and Japan, and the United States policy toward Japan and the beauty, understanding on interests intersection, is the development of China's self-reliance in the new situation, to achieve national rejuvenation on a road A negligible factor.
