【摘要】：日俄戰(zhàn)爭前,沙俄為了攝取遠(yuǎn)東地區(qū)的利益,一直推行遠(yuǎn)東政策,但沙俄遠(yuǎn)東政策并不是一蹴而就的,而是經(jīng)過了很長時期才最終形成的。沙俄遠(yuǎn)東政策推行的過程中,與日本推行的“大陸政策”產(chǎn)生尖銳的矛盾。日俄矛盾的不斷升級從而導(dǎo)致了日俄戰(zhàn)爭的爆發(fā)。 日俄戰(zhàn)爭后,俄國從現(xiàn)實(shí)利益出發(fā)改變原有的遠(yuǎn)東政策,謀求在中國東北與日本實(shí)現(xiàn)均勢,從而共同稱霸遠(yuǎn)東。與此同時,美國企圖利用“門戶開放政策”打進(jìn)中國東北實(shí)現(xiàn)與日本、俄國的利益均沾,也促進(jìn)了日俄關(guān)系的調(diào)整。針對美國的因素,沙俄采取了聯(lián)日抗美的外交政策,簽訂了四次《日俄密約》。沙俄改變戰(zhàn)前遠(yuǎn)東政策的原因是由諸多因素導(dǎo)致的,本文鑒于目前國內(nèi)對日俄戰(zhàn)后沙俄調(diào)整遠(yuǎn)東政策的原因缺乏系統(tǒng)性研究,在第三章做了較為系統(tǒng)的歸納,同時研究日俄戰(zhàn)爭后俄國遠(yuǎn)東政策調(diào)整對于研究一戰(zhàn)前東北亞國際關(guān)系變化有著深遠(yuǎn)影響。
[Abstract]:Before the war between Japan and Russia, in order to absorb the interests of the far East, Russia pursued the policy of the far East. However, the policy of the Russian far East was not accomplished overnight, but was finally formed after a long period of time. In the course of the implementation of the policy of the Russian far East, There are sharp contradictions with the "mainland policy" pursued by Japan, and the escalation of the contradiction between Japan and Russia leads to the outbreak of the war between Japan and Russia. After the war between Japan and Russia, Russia changed its original far East policy in the interest of reality and sought to achieve a balance of power between Northeast China and Japan, thereby jointly seeking to dominate the far East. At the same time, The United States is trying to use the "open door policy" to break into northeast China to achieve a balance of interests with Japan and Russia, which has also promoted the adjustment of Japan-Russian relations. In view of the factors of the United States, Russia has adopted a foreign policy of combining Japan with Japan and resisting the United States. The reasons for the change in the policy of the far East before the war were caused by many factors. In view of the lack of systematic research on the reasons for the adjustment of the policy of the far East between Japan and Russia after the war, In the third chapter, a systematic summary is made, and the study on the adjustment of Russian far East policy after the Japanese and Russian War has a profound influence on the study of the changes of international relations in Northeast Asia before the first World War.
