【摘要】：緊隨革命而來通常都是推進(jìn)政體轉(zhuǎn)換、實(shí)現(xiàn)國(guó)家建構(gòu)。二月革命伊始,自由派就推動(dòng)沙皇建立向杜馬負(fù)責(zé)的政府,希望通過君主立憲或是有限君主制,以消弭革命、拯救帝國(guó)。他們促成了沙皇遜位,卻無意間終結(jié)了君主制,"成就"了革命,提議產(chǎn)生了臨時(shí)政府。臨時(shí)政府本應(yīng)盡快召開其所允諾的立憲會(huì)議,完成制憲立國(guó)的任務(wù)。然而,臨時(shí)政府無意、也無能為之,國(guó)家政權(quán)問題遲遲未決,不但使其自身權(quán)力和權(quán)威始終是臨時(shí)的、過渡的,還使革命后俄國(guó)陷入完全的無政府、崩潰和瓦解狀態(tài)。為此,布爾什維克黨人發(fā)動(dòng)十月武裝起義,以建立工農(nóng)民主專政的新型蘇維埃共和國(guó),完成二月革命未竟的建國(guó)任務(wù)。
[Abstract]:In February, when the revolution began, liberals pushed the czars to establish a government accountable to the Duma, hoping to eliminate the revolution through constitutional monarchy or a limited monarchy. Saving the Empire. They helped the tsar abdicate, but inadvertently ended the monarchy, "accomplished" the revolution and proposed the formation of an interim government. The interim government was supposed to convene the constitutional assembly it promised as soon as possible to complete the task of establishing a constitutional state. The interim Government has no intention of doing so, nor is it able to do so. The delay in the question of the state power has not only made its own power and authority temporary and transitional, but also plunged Russia into a state of complete anarchy, collapse and disintegration after the revolution. Bolsheviks launched an armed uprising on October to establish a new Soviet republic under the democratic dictatorship of workers and peasants, completing the unfinished task of nation-building in the February revolution.
