【摘要】：古巴導(dǎo)彈危機是冷戰(zhàn)時期美蘇之間的一次直接對抗,對當(dāng)時的國際關(guān)系產(chǎn)生了重要影響。這次危機之所以最終能夠和平解決,在一定程度上是因為美蘇領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人秘密達成了所謂"導(dǎo)彈交易",即雙方同意撤走各自部署在土耳其和古巴的導(dǎo)彈。長期以來,西方學(xué)者過分夸大了美國軍事力量對蘇聯(lián)的威懾作用,認為美國決定性的軍事優(yōu)勢促使蘇聯(lián)做出讓步。美蘇達成的秘密協(xié)議再次表明,危機的解決是雙方相互妥協(xié)的結(jié)果。
[Abstract]:The Cuban missile crisis was a direct confrontation between the United States and the Soviet Union during the Cold War, which had an important impact on international relations at that time. Partly because the leaders of the United States and the Soviet Union secretly entered into the so-called "missile deal," in which the two sides agreed to withdraw their respective missiles deployed in Turkey and Cuba. For a long time, Western scholars have overstated the deterrent effect of U.S. military power on the Soviet Union, arguing that America's decisive military superiority has prompted the Soviet Union to make concessions. The secret agreement reached between the United States and the Soviet Union shows once again that the solution to the crisis is the result of mutual compromise between the two sides.
