英國(guó)都鐸王朝時(shí)期雇工問題初探

【摘要】: 英國(guó)都鐸時(shí)期正是英國(guó)社會(huì)由傳統(tǒng)的農(nóng)業(yè)社會(huì)向近代工業(yè)社會(huì)過渡的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期,這一時(shí)期英國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)較之前有了飛速的發(fā)展,而其中最引人注目的是毛紡織業(yè)的發(fā)展,國(guó)內(nèi)外的學(xué)者都對(duì)英國(guó)這一行業(yè)做了較為細(xì)致和深入的研究,而縱觀這些研究成果可以發(fā)現(xiàn),其中對(duì)于毛紡織業(yè)中的雇工問題還沒有引起史學(xué)界足夠的認(rèn)識(shí),往往把只是把它作為一個(gè)輔助性問題來研究。 但不應(yīng)忽視的正是這個(gè)在之前毫不起眼的輔助部分的出現(xiàn)促進(jìn)了英國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的轉(zhuǎn)型和資本主義萌芽的產(chǎn)生,因?yàn)榭梢宰杂沙鲑u自己勞動(dòng)力的雇工的大量出現(xiàn)是產(chǎn)生資本主義生產(chǎn)的先決條件之一,而且也是最重要的條件之一。因此,本文嘗試從英國(guó)的民族工業(yè)——毛紡織業(yè)中雇工的產(chǎn)生及發(fā)展歷程來揭示英國(guó)過渡時(shí)期的一些經(jīng)濟(jì)特點(diǎn)。 本文的主要結(jié)構(gòu)是:首先,文章的導(dǎo)論部分主要從理論上闡述雇工發(fā)展的重要理論意義以及雇工產(chǎn)生的途徑和發(fā)展的歷史軌跡,在此基礎(chǔ)上再對(duì)其進(jìn)行定量分析,突出雇工在當(dāng)時(shí)社會(huì)上存在的范圍之廣,它的發(fā)展對(duì)社會(huì)產(chǎn)生的影響是不可估量的。 其次,文章的第二部分主要是詳細(xì)闡述雇工的發(fā)展階段,從總體上來看,可分為緩慢的發(fā)展階段(14-15世紀(jì))和快速的發(fā)展階段(16-17世紀(jì))這兩部分,而后一部分雇工的地位尤為重要,而正是這一時(shí)期雇工的發(fā)展帶來了生產(chǎn)關(guān)系的變革,為早期資本主義的生產(chǎn)作了充分的準(zhǔn)備。 第三部分主要從微觀著手來觀察當(dāng)時(shí)轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期不同類型的雇工的人身社會(huì)地位的,大體可分為城市雇工和鄉(xiāng)村工業(yè)中的雇工兩種,而這兩種不同類型雇工的社會(huì)地位的發(fā)展變化正折射出當(dāng)時(shí)英國(guó)過渡時(shí)期各種經(jīng)濟(jì)勢(shì)力的此消彼長(zhǎng)。 文章的最后一章總結(jié)了英國(guó)都鐸王朝時(shí)期雇工的時(shí)代特征,它部分的存留了一些封建的自然經(jīng)濟(jì)的一些特點(diǎn),還有更明顯的是隨時(shí)代的發(fā)展和商品經(jīng)濟(jì)的日益發(fā)展而帶給他們的一些新特點(diǎn),從這些分析上可以看出,他們正日益褪掉封建經(jīng)濟(jì)的外衣,轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)檎嬲饬x上的現(xiàn)代雇傭工人。 最后的結(jié)束語部分是對(duì)整個(gè)文章的概括,指出新興雇工階層的出現(xiàn)是歷史發(fā)展的不可抗拒的潮流,他們的發(fā)展是符合商品經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展規(guī)律的。
[Abstract]:The Tudor period in England was the key period for the transition from the traditional agricultural society to the modern industrial society. In this period, the British economy developed rapidly compared with the previous period, and the development of the wool textile industry was the most striking one. Scholars both at home and abroad have done more detailed and in-depth research on the British industry, but looking at these research results, we can find that the problem of hired workers in the wool textile industry has not aroused enough understanding in the field of history. It is often studied as a supplementary problem. But it should not be ignored that the emergence of this previously unremarkable auxiliary part contributed to the transformation of the British economy and the emergence of the seeds of capitalism. Because the emergence of a large number of employees who are free to sell their labour is one of the prerequisites and one of the most important conditions for the production of capitalism. This paper attempts to reveal some economic characteristics of Britain's transitional period from the production and development of hired workers in the British national industry, the wool textile industry. The main structure of this paper is as follows: first, the introduction of the article mainly expounds the important theoretical significance of the development of hired workers, the way of the development of the hired workers and the historical track of the development in theory, and then carries on the quantitative analysis to it on this basis. The influence of its development on the society is inestimable. Secondly, the second part of the article is mainly about the development stage of hiring workers, which can be divided into two parts: slow development stage (14-15 century) and rapid development stage (16-17 century). Then the position of some employees is particularly important, and it is in this period that the development of hired workers brought about the transformation of the relations of production, which made sufficient preparations for the early capitalist production. The third part mainly starts from the micro to observe the personal and social status of different types of employees during the period of transition, which can be roughly divided into two types: urban employees and rural industry employees. The development of the social status of these two different types of employees reflects the rise and fall of various economic forces in the transitional period of England. The last chapter of the article summarizes the characteristics of the Tudor era of the British hired workers, it partly preserved some of the feudal nature of some of the characteristics of the economy, What is more obvious is the new features brought to them by the development of the times and the development of the commodity economy. From these analyses, we can see that they are increasingly taking away the coat of the feudal economy and transforming them into the real modern employed workers. The last part of the conclusion is a summary of the whole article, pointing out that the emergence of the new class of hired workers is an irresistible trend of historical development, and their development is in line with the law of the development of commodity economy.
