【摘要】：《埃塞爾伯特法典》是肯特國(guó)王埃塞爾伯特(約587-618年)在位期間頒布的法律,是為我們所知的英格蘭在盎格魯—撒克遜時(shí)代最早的一部完整的法典。為我們認(rèn)識(shí)"前封建"國(guó)家,也就是從部落聯(lián)盟向地域性的封建國(guó)家過(guò)渡時(shí)期的早期國(guó)家,提供了相當(dāng)有價(jià)值的信息。
[Abstract]:The Code of Ethel was enacted during the reign of King Ethel of Kent (about 587-618). It was the earliest complete code of England known to us in the Anglo-Saxon era. It gave us an understanding of the "pre-feudal" state, the early stage of the transition from a tribal alliance to a regional feudal state. It provides valuable information.
