【摘要】：20世紀(jì)英國三大政黨的權(quán)力角逐中,保守黨占據(jù)明顯優(yōu)勢,執(zhí)政時間最久,作為最顯著。這一是因該黨在理論上守成穩(wěn)健,再是它在關(guān)鍵時刻能實行較適度的變革,調(diào)整政治理論和政策,并盡力宣傳以贏得選民的關(guān)注和支持。20世紀(jì)20至70年代保守黨大選宣言的部分內(nèi)容,印證了該黨政治哲學(xué)的核心價值,展現(xiàn)出保守主義的實用主義和包容性等特征。保守黨理論和政策的變化適應(yīng)了不列顛社會發(fā)展的態(tài)勢,使之一再擴(kuò)充和強(qiáng)化社會基礎(chǔ),這即是英國保守黨和保守主義久盛不衰的深層原因。
[Abstract]:In 20th century, the Conservative Party held a clear advantage in the power struggle among the three major political parties in Britain, the longest and the most prominent. This was due to the party's soundness in theory and its ability to make more modest changes at the crucial moment. Reorienting political theory and policy, and trying to spread propaganda to win the attention of voters and support parts of the Tory election manifesto from the 20th century to 70s, confirm the core value of the party's political philosophy. The change of Tory theory and policy adapts to the development of British society, and makes it expand and strengthen the social foundation again and again. That is the underlying reason why the Conservatives and conservatism have survived for so long.
