【摘要】： 古代世界乃至工業(yè)革命前的世界,公路交通都是人類最為重要的陸路交通方式。公路不僅是人員物質(zhì)流轉(zhuǎn)的重要途徑,更是傳達(dá)各種信息和鎮(zhèn)壓反抗,維護(hù)統(tǒng)治的重要渠道。世界上許多文明地區(qū)和國家,特別是那些“世界性”大國都曾有過發(fā)達(dá)的公路網(wǎng),古代羅馬國家筑路的成就更是舉世聞名。雖然一些國家在筑路規(guī)模上曾經(jīng)超過羅馬,但在工程質(zhì)量、規(guī)劃設(shè)計和使用年限上都是無法與之相比的。 修筑羅馬道路的最初動因是為了滿足軍事征服的需要,但后來則更多地是出于政治統(tǒng)治的考慮。羅馬民族是一個務(wù)實(shí)的民族,在修筑道路上表現(xiàn)為不追求華麗,氣派,但一定要堅固,耐用。不論是軍事大道,城市街道,還是橋梁隧道,都遵循嚴(yán)格的規(guī)范,力求實(shí)用。同時,為了保障統(tǒng)治需求和方便行人,羅馬人又修建了完善的驛站和里程碑設(shè)施。 羅馬這種完善發(fā)達(dá)的道路系統(tǒng)對羅馬社會起到了重大的作用,它維護(hù)了國家的政治統(tǒng)治,促進(jìn)了經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易的發(fā)展,方便了人們的日常生活,推動了帝國的“城市化”進(jìn)程。同時,在文化傳播與交流方面也做出了重要的貢獻(xiàn)。羅馬道路作為羅馬人留給世人的歷史文化遺產(chǎn),所折射出來的一種民族精神與品質(zhì)將永遠(yuǎn)閃爍著光芒,并對現(xiàn)實(shí)世界具有永恒的教育啟迪與借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:In the ancient world and even in the world before the industrial revolution, road traffic was the most important way of land transportation for human beings. The highway was not only an important means of people's material circulation, but also a way to convey all kinds of information and suppress resistance. Important channels for maintaining rule. Many civilized regions and countries in the world, especially those "world" powers, had developed road networks. The achievements of the ancient Roman state in road construction are even more famous. Although some countries have overtaken Rome in road construction, they are not comparable in terms of engineering quality, planning, design, and service life. The initial motivation for building the road was to meet the need for military conquest, but later more for political domination. The Roman people were a pragmatic people who did not seek splendor and grandeur in the construction of the road. But it must be strong and durable. No matter it is a military avenue, a city street, or a bridge tunnel, it must follow strict rules and be practical. At the same time, in order to protect the needs of rule and to facilitate pedestrians, The Romans also built perfect post stations and milestone facilities. The perfect and developed road system of Rome played an important role in Roman society. It maintained the political rule of the country, promoted the development of economic and trade, and facilitated the daily life of people. It promoted the process of "urbanization" of the empire. At the same time, it also made an important contribution in the field of cultural communication and communication. The Roman road was a historical and cultural heritage left to the world by the Romans. The reflected national spirit and quality will always shine, and will have eternal educational enlightenment and reference significance to the real world.
