【摘要】：德國在很長時間里自視為單一民族國家,直到進入21世紀(jì),才正式承認(rèn)自己為移民國家。德國目前的移民規(guī)模及結(jié)構(gòu)組成與其移民歷史傳統(tǒng)、尤其是二戰(zhàn)以來數(shù)十年的移民運動密切相關(guān)。自二戰(zhàn)以來,德國經(jīng)歷了幾次大規(guī)模的移民運動。隨著移民從德國社會的臨時現(xiàn)象轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)椴豢赡孓D(zhuǎn)的趨勢,德國成為了社會文化意義上的移民國家,移民所帶來的社會問題也日漸成為公眾關(guān)注的重要論題和政黨競爭的焦點,而從法律意義上的轉(zhuǎn)變則更是一個長期漸進的過程。由于歷史文化傳統(tǒng)根深蒂固,德國的移民政策處處可見民主共和國家理念和種族文化國家觀念的沖突,這導(dǎo)致德國的移民政策更多是在矛盾和妥協(xié)之間搖擺。
[Abstract]:Germany, for a long time, considered itself a mono-nation state, and did not formally recognize itself as an immigrant country until 21th century. Germany's current immigration scale and structure, along with its historical tradition of immigration, In particular, the migration movement that has been going on for decades since World War II has been closely related. Since World War II, Germany has experienced several large-scale migration movements. As migration has changed from a temporary phenomenon in German society to an irreversible trend, Germany has become an immigrant country in the sense of social culture, and the social problems brought by immigration have become the focus of public attention and the competition of political parties. The legal change is a long and gradual process. Because of the deep-rooted historical and cultural traditions, Germany's immigration policy is full of conflicts between the concept of democratic republic and the concept of race and culture. This has led Germany's immigration policy to swing more between contradictions and compromises.
