【摘要】： 19世紀(jì)泰國①之所以成功維護主權(quán)獨立是多種因素共同作用的結(jié)果。其中,外交因素作為泰國主觀努力的一部分,是整合各要素的中心環(huán)節(jié),發(fā)揮了重要作用。這種作用一方面通過外交自身的努力體現(xiàn)出來,另一方面還通過其他因素亦通過外交途徑發(fā)揮作用得以體現(xiàn)。其他因素通過外交發(fā)揮作用,同時也成為促使外交成功的原因。 泰國均勢平衡的外交風(fēng)格不是19世紀(jì)的產(chǎn)物,它萌芽于西方到來之前的東南亞區(qū)域內(nèi)交往中,形成于16至17世紀(jì)與西方早期間或的接觸中,成熟于19世紀(jì)維護主權(quán)獨立和完整的斗爭中,與泰國宗教哲學(xué)一脈相承,有著綿長的歷史淵源和宗教根源。 泰國近代改革的成果主要體現(xiàn)在制度、規(guī)則和觀念等規(guī)范的改變上。泰國在保持信仰等根本傳統(tǒng)不變的情況下,按照西方流行觀念做出部分融通,重塑了自身身份,減少了不必要的摩擦。這些規(guī)范層面的改變在與西方的交往中被感知,它們一方面通過外交途徑發(fā)揮作用,一方面也促進外交活動的展開。 地區(qū)局勢也為泰國開展外交活動提供了便利。西方在中國、亞洲以及歐洲不斷產(chǎn)生的矛盾和力量的變化無疑對泰國均衡外交的運用有一定促進作用。
[Abstract]:In 19th century, the success of Thailand 1 in safeguarding sovereignty and independence was the result of the joint action of many factors. Among them, diplomatic factors, as part of Thailand's subjective efforts, were the central link in the integration of the various elements. Played an important role. On the one hand, this role was manifested through the efforts of diplomacy itself, on the other hand, through other factors, it was also played through diplomatic channels. Other factors played a role through diplomacy. It also became the reason for diplomatic success. Thailand's balanced diplomatic style was not the product of 19th century. It sprouted in the Southeast Asian region before the arrival of the West and formed in early contacts with the West from 16 to 17th century. Mature in 19th century in the struggle to safeguard sovereignty and integrity, and Thai religious philosophy in the same line, has a long history and religious roots. The achievements of Thailand's modern reform are mainly reflected in the changes in the norms, such as systems, rules and concepts. Thailand, while maintaining its belief and other fundamental traditions, has made a partial blending in accordance with popular Western ideas and reshaped its identity. These normative changes are perceived in dealings with the West, both through diplomatic channels and by facilitating diplomatic activity. The regional situation has also facilitated Thailand's diplomatic activities. The contradictions and changes in power that the West has produced in China, Asia and Europe have undoubtedly contributed to the use of Thailand's balanced diplomacy.
