【摘要】： 二戰(zhàn)后,美蘇雙方由于在意識形態(tài)和社會制度等方面的對立,它們之間的矛盾和沖突不斷升級并最終導致冷戰(zhàn)的開始。冷戰(zhàn)時期,為了獲得蘇聯(lián)和其他有關國家的情報,美國制定并實施了U-2飛機計劃。 U-2飛機是美國設計的一種高空間諜偵察飛機。從1954年U-2飛機投產(chǎn)到1974年U-2飛機轉(zhuǎn)由美國空軍負責,U-2飛機不僅對蘇聯(lián)進行了多次高空偵察,而且還對中東、遠東和拉美地區(qū)的某些國家進行了偵察。通過這些偵察,美國獲得了大量有價值的情報,這些情報不僅為美國制定對外政策提供了重要依據(jù),還對冷戰(zhàn)期間美蘇關系產(chǎn)生了巨大影響。U-2飛機獲得的情報,使美國弄清了蘇聯(lián)的戰(zhàn)略意圖,暫時避免了軍備競賽,使美蘇關系趨于緩和。然而,1960年U-2飛機事件使美蘇努力營造的緩和氣氛消失殆盡,美蘇關系又退回原點。U-2飛機的偵察,使美國掌握了蘇聯(lián)向古巴運送導彈的有力證據(jù),由此引發(fā)了冷戰(zhàn)時期美蘇之間最嚴重的一次直接的對抗。本文在借鑒相關研究成果基礎上,翻譯使用新解密的英文檔案資料,重點考察美國制定U-2飛機計劃的背景、過程及其高空間諜偵察活動,并論述其對美蘇關系的影響。
[Abstract]:After World War II, because of the opposition in ideology and social system, the contradictions and conflicts between the United States and the Soviet Union escalated and finally led to the beginning of the Cold War. In order to obtain information from the Soviet Union and other interested countries, the United States developed and implemented the U-2 aircraft Program. The U-2 aircraft is a kind of high-altitude spy reconnaissance aircraft designed by the United States. From 1954 to 1974, the U-2 aircraft was put into operation by the United States Air Force. The U-2 not only carried out several high-altitude reconnaissance of the Soviet Union, but also carried out reconnaissance on certain countries in the Middle East, the far East and Latin America. Through these reconnaissance, the United States obtained a large amount of valuable information. This intelligence not only provided an important basis for the United States to formulate foreign policy, but also had a great impact on US-Soviet relations during the Cold War. The information obtained by the U-2 aircraft made the United States clear the strategic intentions of the Soviet Union. The arms race was averted for the time being, and U.S.-Soviet relations tended to ease. However, the U-2 plane incident of 1960 wiped out the atmosphere of relaxation created by the United States and the Soviet Union. US-Soviet relations returned to the original point of origin. The reconnaissance of the U-2 aircraft enabled the United States to have strong evidence of the Soviet Union's delivery of missiles to Cuba. This led to the most serious direct confrontation between the United States and the Soviet Union during the Cold War. Based on the relevant research results, this paper translated and used the newly declassified English archives. The background, process and high-altitude spy reconnaissance activities of the U-2 aircraft were investigated, and its influence on U.S.-Soviet relations was discussed.
