【摘要】： “奧斯曼主義”是奧斯曼帝國后期興起的一種民族主義思潮。該思潮的理論源流為近代西方興起的民族主義,所以“奧斯曼主義”構想的政治內容典型地體現(xiàn)出了要創(chuàng)建一個近代民族共同體的民族主義一般特征;而“奧斯曼主義”的誕生、發(fā)展及消亡又有其深刻的歷史、文化背景,它始終是為了維護一個多民族、多宗教的多元文化“帝國”——奧斯曼帝國——的統(tǒng)一而被民族主義者創(chuàng)制出來的一種意識形態(tài),所以“奧斯曼主義”還具有其時代、地域和文化等方面的特殊性。就整個“奧斯曼主義”的歷程來看,“奧斯曼主義”往往和別的思潮并存于帝國后期,尤其是它曾和“泛突厥主義”一起成為了青年土耳其黨人專政時期的主流思想,其重要性難分伯仲,致使不少人無法區(qū)別二者,進而混為一談。通過科學分析,我們發(fā)現(xiàn)這些認識誤區(qū)的根源乃是來自于大多數(shù)人對“奧斯曼主義”遠不及對“泛突厥主義”的了解,或者說,我們還是沒有全面而徹底地認清“奧斯曼主義”的歷史特殊性。因此,本文正是試圖還原作為民族主義思潮的“奧斯曼主義”之本來面貌,結合民族主義一般理論,用歷史的方法分析、比較其與“泛突厥主義”等意識形態(tài)的異同,從而糾正一部分人的錯誤認識,以服務于相關實踐。
[Abstract]:"Ottomanism" is a kind of nationalistic trend of thought rising in the later period of the Ottoman Empire. The theory of this trend of thought is the nationalism rising in the modern West. Therefore, the political content of the concept of "Ottomanism" typically reflects the general characteristics of nationalism to create a modern national community. And the birth, development and extinction of "Ottomanism" has its profound historical and cultural background, it is always to maintain a multi-ethnic. The unity of the multi-religious multicultural "Empire"-the Ottoman Empire-was an ideology created by the nationalists, so "Ottomanism" still had its time. From the perspective of the whole process of "Ottomanism", "Ottomanism" often coexisted with other ideological trends in the late imperial period. In particular, it and "pan-Turkism" together became the main ideology of the dictatorship of the youth Turkish party, its importance is difficult to distinguish between the two, so that many people can not distinguish between the two, and then confused. Through scientific analysis. We find that the root of these misunderstandings lies in the fact that most people know much less about "Ottomanism" than "pan-Turkism" or "pan-Turkism". We still do not fully and thoroughly recognize the historical particularity of "Ottomanism". Therefore, this article is just trying to restore the original appearance of "Ottomanism" as a nationalist trend of thought. Combined with the general theory of nationalism and historical analysis, this paper compares the similarities and differences between it and the ideology such as "pan-Turkism", so as to correct some people's misunderstandings and serve the relevant practice.
