【摘要】： 戰(zhàn)后,東南亞民族分離主義運動在東南亞范圍內(nèi)蔓延,在該地區(qū)引發(fā)了一系列沖突、紛爭甚至戰(zhàn)火,不僅造成這一地區(qū)有關(guān)國家的政治動蕩、經(jīng)濟危機,還對地區(qū)的安全與穩(wěn)定構(gòu)成嚴重威脅,進而對全球和平與發(fā)展也構(gòu)成嚴重威脅。 全球化和區(qū)域化的不斷深入發(fā)展,地區(qū)安全和區(qū)域間合作與交流成為人們關(guān)注的焦點,和平與發(fā)展是當今世界的兩大主題。隨著民族分離主義運動在世界上很多地區(qū)和國家的發(fā)生和發(fā)展,東南亞民族分離主義運動也日益為人們所關(guān)注。本文試從戰(zhàn)后東南亞民族分離主義運動的產(chǎn)生、發(fā)展過程;東南亞民族分離主義運動產(chǎn)生的原因、東南亞民族分離主義運動的類型、特點以及東南亞民族分離主義運動對地區(qū)安全的影響等四個方面來綜合探討戰(zhàn)后東南亞民族分離主義運動,以期深化人們對戰(zhàn)后民族分離主義的認識,并可以給世界上正在發(fā)生類似情況的國家和地區(qū)帶來有益的參考和借鑒。 全文共分五個部分。 第一章是關(guān)于民族分離主義的一般理論及相關(guān)概念的界定。首先是民族主義、民族分離主義的界定。其次是闡述選題的目的、意義、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、理論框架和研究方法。 第二章論述戰(zhàn)后整個東南亞國家民族分離主義運動的產(chǎn)生和發(fā)展。 第三章深入探析戰(zhàn)后東南亞民族分離主義運動產(chǎn)生及其發(fā)展的原因。 第四章分析戰(zhàn)后東南亞民族分離主義運動的特點,并從性質(zhì)及產(chǎn)生的原因?qū)⑵鋭澐譃槊褡鍖剐头蛛x主義運動、宗教分離型分離主義運動等主要的兩個類型。 第五章重點闡述了東南亞民族分離主義運動對地區(qū)安全的影響。 民族分離主義運動作為社會發(fā)展的悖論,無論在各民族國家內(nèi)部還是在國際社會都是得不到支持的,這就要求各民族國家尤其是那些民族分離主義運動頻仍的國家采取一些切實有效的措施來應對。本文最后,通過對整個戰(zhàn)后東南亞民族分離主義運動深入的探析,試圖從國家建構(gòu)的角度對多民族國家在新世紀轉(zhuǎn)型時期的發(fā)展提出一些合理性建議。
[Abstract]:After the war, the Southeast Asian national separatist movement spread in Southeast Asia, causing a series of conflicts, disputes and even war in this region, not only caused the political turmoil and economic crisis of the countries concerned in this region. It also poses a serious threat to regional security and stability, and thus to global peace and development. With the continuous development of globalization and regionalization, regional security and inter-regional cooperation and exchanges have become the focus of attention. Peace and development are the two major themes of the world today. With the emergence and development of the national separatist movement in many regions and countries of the world. The ethnic separatism movement in Southeast Asia has been paid more and more attention to. This paper tries to start with the emergence and development process of the ethnic separatist movement in Southeast Asia after the war. The causes of the ethnic separatist movement in Southeast Asia, the type of the ethnic separatist movement in Southeast Asia. In order to deepen people's understanding of national separatism after the war, the characteristics and the influence of ethnic separatism in Southeast Asia on regional security are discussed comprehensively. And can bring beneficial reference and reference to the countries and regions in the world where similar situation is taking place. The full text is divided into five parts. The first chapter is about the general theory of national separatism and the definition of related concepts. First, the definition of nationalism, national separatism. Theoretical framework and research methods. The second chapter discusses the emergence and development of the national separatist movement in the whole Southeast Asian countries after the war. Chapter three explores the causes of the emergence and development of the national separatist movement in Southeast Asia after the war. Chapter 4th analyzes the characteristics of ethnic separatist movement in Southeast Asia after the war and divides it into ethnic antagonistic separatist movement from its nature and causes. There are two main types of secessionist movement. Chapter 5th focuses on the influence of Southeast Asian ethnic separatist movement on regional security. As a paradox of social development, the ethnic separatist movement is not supported either within the national states or in the international community. This requires all ethnic states, especially those ethnic separatist movement countries to take some practical and effective measures to deal with. Finally. Through the deep analysis of the national separatist movement in Southeast Asia after the war, this paper tries to put forward some reasonable suggestions for the development of the multi-ethnic country in the transition period of the new century from the point of view of national construction.
