【摘要】：本文從歷史的研究角度來探析19世紀(jì)和20世紀(jì)初期英國(guó)金融霸權(quán)從建立到衰落這一過程和機(jī)制。19世紀(jì)英帝國(guó)金融霸權(quán)的形成有其特定的歷史條件，工業(yè)革命之后英國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)得到迅猛發(fā)展，最終打敗法國(guó)確立了歐洲霸主地位；英國(guó)近代金融體系的發(fā)展和金本位制的初步形成更是為英國(guó)金融霸權(quán)的建立提供了重要條件。國(guó)際金本位體系的建立使英國(guó)金融霸權(quán)進(jìn)一步發(fā)展，在這一時(shí)期內(nèi)英國(guó)攫取了巨額的利益，英鎊成為當(dāng)時(shí)可以媲美黃金的硬通貨。一戰(zhàn)前夕，英國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力已明顯衰退，一戰(zhàn)的爆發(fā)更是加劇了金本位制的崩潰，英國(guó)的金融霸權(quán)在國(guó)力衰落的情況下也不復(fù)存在。金融霸權(quán)的興衰是歷史發(fā)展的必然，英國(guó)作為世界上第一個(gè)建立金融霸權(quán)的國(guó)家，帶給我們的思考有很多，它對(duì)當(dāng)時(shí)的英國(guó)和國(guó)際社會(huì)都產(chǎn)生了巨大的影響。通過對(duì)英國(guó)金融霸權(quán)這一課題的研究，可以得出這樣一個(gè)結(jié)論：金融霸權(quán)是一個(gè)國(guó)家綜合實(shí)力強(qiáng)有力的體現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:This paper explores the process and mechanism of British financial hegemony from the establishment to decline in 19th century and the beginning of 20th century from the perspective of history. There are certain historical conditions for the formation of British imperial financial hegemony in the 19th century. After the Industrial Revolution, the British economy developed rapidly, and finally defeated France to establish the European hegemony. The development of the modern British financial system and the initial formation of the gold standard system have provided important conditions for the establishment of the British financial hegemony, and the establishment of the international gold standard system has further developed the British financial hegemony. During this period Britain seized huge profits and sterling became a hard currency comparable to gold. On the eve of World War I. the collapse of the gold standard was exacerbated by the apparent decline in British economic power. The rise and fall of financial hegemony is inevitable in history. As the first country in the world to establish financial hegemony, Britain has brought us a lot of thinking. Through the research on the subject of British financial hegemony, we can draw a conclusion that financial hegemony is a powerful embodiment of a country's comprehensive strength.
