【摘要】：部落是也門社會的基本單位,是建立在血緣關(guān)系基礎(chǔ)上的社會組織,在也門的國家事務(wù)中起著舉足輕重的作用。而薩利赫則于1978年到2011年之間擔(dān)任也門總統(tǒng)長達33年之久,是也門1967年開始實行共和制后在位時間最長的總統(tǒng),對也門社會的發(fā)展起到了不容忽視的作用。 本篇論文主要運用歷史學(xué)與社會學(xué)理論相結(jié)合的研究方法,圍繞理論分析和史實研究這兩條線鋪展開來進行研究,力圖通過對也門部落的歷史變遷、內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)、所從事的經(jīng)濟活動、以及部落與政府的關(guān)系等多方面的研究,將薩利赫時代的也門部落立體地展現(xiàn)給讀者。 本論文共分為五個部分： 導(dǎo)論主要說明了本論文的選題意義、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、本文的預(yù)期效果、研究方法與創(chuàng)新之處,并對“部落”的概念進行了必要解釋。 第一章介紹了也門部落的基本情況,包括也門部落的歷史變遷、薩利赫時代的也門部落的入口數(shù)量與分布地域、部落的等級結(jié)構(gòu)和內(nèi)部組織、部落領(lǐng)地及其對部落的重要性、薩利赫政府的土地政策對部落的影響、部落首領(lǐng)的產(chǎn)生機制以及他們在部落內(nèi)部與政府部門所擔(dān)任的職責(zé)等內(nèi)容。 第二章介紹了薩利赫時代也門部落所從事的經(jīng)濟活動,包括畜牧業(yè)和種植業(yè)等傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)濟活動以及個體商業(yè)、漁業(yè)、出國打工甚至走私等新型經(jīng)濟活動,并指出也門部落經(jīng)濟是整個也門國民經(jīng)濟的有機組成部分。 第三章分析了薩利赫時代也門部落與政府之間的關(guān)系。第一節(jié)闡述了薩利赫政府的部落政策,包括從制度層面促進部落與現(xiàn)代國家的融合、拉攏與安撫部落精英、打擊部落暴力和武力鎮(zhèn)壓部落叛亂等；第二節(jié)分析了也門與沙特和阿曼這兩個阿拉伯鄰國關(guān)系中的也門部落因素；第三節(jié)則通過介紹部落在也門危機中的表現(xiàn),再次強調(diào)部落對也門社會所產(chǎn)生的至關(guān)重要的作用,指出部落制度與現(xiàn)代國家制度的不協(xié)調(diào)性導(dǎo)致也門社會難以實現(xiàn)真正的和諧與穩(wěn)定。 結(jié)語部分是本論文的最后一部分,對本論文所提出的觀點加以概括和總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:Tribes are the basic unit of Yemeni society and a social organization based on kinship. He played an important role in Yemen's national affairs, and Saleh served as president of Yemen for 33 years between 1978 and 2011. In 1967, Yemen began to implement the Republican system of the longest in office of the president, the development of Yemeni society has played a role that can not be ignored. This paper mainly uses the research method of the combination of history and sociology theory, around the theoretical analysis and historical facts research these two lines spread out to study, trying to through the historical changes of Yemeni tribes. The internal structure, the economic activities engaged in, and the relationship between the tribes and the government, etc., show the Yemeni tribes of the Saleh era to readers in a three-dimensional way. This thesis is divided into five parts: The introduction mainly explains the significance of this paper, the current research situation at home and abroad, the expected effect of this paper, the research methods and innovations, and the necessary explanation of the concept of "tribe". The first chapter introduces the basic situation of Yemeni tribes, including the historical changes of Yemeni tribes, the number and distribution of the Yemeni tribes in the Saleh era, the hierarchical structure and internal organization of the tribes. Tribal territory and its importance to the tribe, the influence of Saleh government's land policy on the tribe, the formation mechanism of tribal leaders and their responsibilities within the tribe and government departments, etc. The second chapter introduces the economic activities of Yemeni tribes in the Saleh era, including traditional economic activities such as animal husbandry and planting, as well as individual commerce, fishing, working abroad and even smuggling and other new economic activities. And pointed out that the Yemeni tribal economy is an integral part of the entire Yemeni national economy. The third chapter analyzes the relationship between the Yemeni tribes and the government in the Saleh era. The first section expounds the tribal policies of the Saleh government, including promoting the integration of tribes and modern countries from the system level. To win over and pacify the tribal elite, to fight against tribal violence and to suppress tribal rebellion by force, and so on; The second section analyzes the Yemeni tribal factors in the relations between Yemen and Saudi Arabia and Oman. The third section, by introducing the performance of tribes in the crisis in Yemen, re-emphasizes the vital role of tribes in Yemeni society. It is pointed out that the disharmony between tribal system and modern state system makes it difficult for Yemeni society to achieve real harmony and stability. Conclusion is the last part of this paper.
