【摘要】：家庭是每個社會人的生活場所。家庭生活不是一成不變的,它與社會變遷息息相關(guān)。鍍金與進步時代是美國從農(nóng)業(yè)社會向城市化社會的轉(zhuǎn)型時期。這一時期的美國家庭生活也發(fā)生了很大變化。受人們所屬階級、種族和經(jīng)濟地位的影響,美國的家庭生活呈現(xiàn)出多樣化的特征。 在鍍金與進步時代,新中產(chǎn)階級的家庭開始向朋友式家庭模式過渡。他們大多從事白領(lǐng)工作,追求精致的奢華生活,注重家人之間的情感親密。低工資的勞工家庭為了維持家庭的完整,大多依靠家庭工資經(jīng)濟。經(jīng)濟收入的不足也對勞工家庭成員之間的關(guān)系造成負面影響。不同種族的勞工家庭生活呈現(xiàn)出不同的特征,而黑人家庭受種族因素的影響最大。大多數(shù)黑人家庭仍在貧困線以下掙扎,種族隔離也使得黑人家庭成員之間的關(guān)系發(fā)生變化。因而,本文著力從新中產(chǎn)階級、勞工階層和黑人家庭這三個不同維度來探討鍍金與進步時代美國的家庭生活。 本論文分為三個部分: 第一部分探討新中產(chǎn)階級家庭的物質(zhì)生活和家庭成員之間的關(guān)系;第二部分分析勞工家庭的物質(zhì)生活和家庭成員之間的關(guān)系;第三部分闡述黑人家庭的物質(zhì)生活和家庭成員之間的關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:Family is the place where everyone in society lives. Family life is not fixed. It is closely related to social vicissitude. The age of gold plating and progress is the transition period from agricultural society to urbanized society. In this period, the family life of the United States has also undergone great changes, and people belong to a class. Influenced by race and economic status, family life in the United States is characterized by diversity. In the gilded and progressive era, families of the new middle class began to transition to the friendship-style family model. Most of them worked as white-collar workers, pursuing a refined and luxurious life. Focus on emotional intimacy between family members. Low-wage working families maintain family integrity. Most of them depend on the family wage economy. The lack of economic income also has a negative impact on the relationship between the members of the working family. The family life of workers of different races shows different characteristics. Most black families are still struggling below the poverty line, and apartheid also changes the relationship between black family members. Therefore, this paper focuses on the new middle class. Working class and black family are three different dimensions to explore the American family life in the age of gold plating and progress. This thesis is divided into three parts: The first part discusses the relationship between the material life and the family members of the new middle class families. The second part analyzes the relationship between the material life and the family members. The third part expounds the relationship between material life and family members of black families.
