【摘要】：宗室是東亞君主專制政體下皇權政治的產物，它最早產生于西周，與君主制度相始終。尊室實為宗室諱稱，為避阮朝第三個皇帝阮福綿宗諱，阮朝將皇族稱之為尊室。阮朝尊室范圍較為廣泛，不僅包括阮朝尊室，廣南國尊室也隸屬其中。阮朝將統(tǒng)一前廣南國的尊室稱為遠支尊室，統(tǒng)一后的阮朝尊室稱為近支尊室。近、遠支尊室在教育、政治、經濟、法律等方面享有不同的特權和地位�；实墼诮o予尊室各種特權的同時，并未放松對尊室的控制。阮朝效仿它的宗主國清朝建立尊人府管理尊室，同時采用法律手段對犯罪尊室進行嚴厲的懲治，這些舉措對于規(guī)范尊室行為，維護專制統(tǒng)治都是具有重要作用的。以往宗室研究的思路多是把宗室階層作為一個整體研究，，著眼于探討不同歷史時期宗室制度的演變，而本文著眼于探討不同尊室等級之間的特權差異，以突出阮朝尊室制度的特點。
[Abstract]:The imperial clan is the product of the imperial power politics under the autocratic monarchy in East Asia. It was first produced in the Western Zhou Dynasty and was always in line with the monarch system. In fact, the monarchy was regarded as a taboo, which was regarded as a taboo to avoid Ruan Chao, the third emperor, Ruan Fumian. The Ruan dynasty called the royal family the vassal room. The Ruan Chaozun room is more extensive, including not only the Ruan Chaozun room, but also the Guangnan state vassal room. The Ruan dynasty called the veneration room of the former Guangnan state as the far support room. After unification, the Ruan Chaozun room is called the near support room. The near, far support room enjoys different privileges and positions in education, politics, economy, law, etc. The emperor granted various privileges to the imperial court at the same time. Ruan did not relax the control of the vassal chamber. Ruan Dynasty emulated its sovereign state, the Qing Dynasty, to set up the court of respect for the people, and to use legal means to severely punish the crime room. These measures were helpful to regulate the behavior of respecting the room. It is important to maintain autocratic rule. In the past, the thought of clan research was to study the clan stratum as a whole, focusing on the evolution of the clan system in different historical periods. In order to highlight the characteristics of Ruan Chaozun's room system, this paper focuses on the privilege difference between different levels.
