【摘要】：戰(zhàn)后日本的政治腐敗是影響政局穩(wěn)定的重要因素之一,一些重大的腐敗案件往往帶來程度不同的政局動蕩。戰(zhàn)后初期腐敗案件對政局的影響是短期的、輕度的,行政當(dāng)局甚至可以施加自己的影響力來避免政局震蕩。隨著經(jīng)濟高速增長帶來的社會變化,正如洛克希德案件所表現(xiàn)出來的,腐敗案件對政局的影響呈現(xiàn)出長期化、深刻化的特點。及至20世紀(jì)80年代末期,腐敗案件對政局的影響出現(xiàn)新的因素,孕育了解決腐敗問題的契機。可見,政治腐敗對政局影響的程度、方式與時代背景息息相關(guān),也從一個側(cè)面反映了戰(zhàn)后日本政治史的發(fā)展演變。
[Abstract]:Political corruption in postwar Japan is one of the important factors affecting political stability. Some major corruption cases often bring different degrees of political instability. The impact of corruption cases on the political situation in the early postwar period is short term and mild. The administration can even exert its own influence to avoid political shocks. As the Lockheed case shows, the social changes brought about by rapid economic growth. The influence of corruption cases on the political situation shows the characteristics of long-term, profound. Until the end of 1980s, the influence of corruption cases on the political situation appeared new factors, gave birth to the opportunity to solve the problem of corruption. The influence of political corruption on the political situation is closely related to the background of the times and reflects the development and evolution of the political history of postwar Japan.
