【摘要】： 本文從整體上系統(tǒng)地探討了墨西哥迪亞斯時(shí)代在利用外資發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)的過(guò)程中,外資對(duì)墨西哥經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的貢獻(xiàn)和利弊得失。全文分為三個(gè)部分,對(duì)墨西哥當(dāng)時(shí)面臨的時(shí)代背景,外資政策的理論與實(shí)踐,對(duì)自身長(zhǎng)期發(fā)展的不良影響作一全面的探討。 文章認(rèn)為,迪亞斯政府積極引進(jìn)外資發(fā)展本國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的做法總體上是正確的,符合當(dāng)時(shí)的世界發(fā)展潮流,墨西哥也確實(shí)取得了很大成就,但是不幸的是墨西哥盲目迷信外資從而喪失了經(jīng)濟(jì)自主權(quán),淪為了國(guó)際資本的附庸,經(jīng)濟(jì)的畸形繁榮又導(dǎo)致了自身社會(huì)矛盾加劇,最后在迪亞斯統(tǒng)治的后期國(guó)家又陷入了動(dòng)亂的泥沼。
[Abstract]:This paper systematically discusses the contribution, advantages and disadvantages of foreign capital to the economic development of Mexico in the process of using foreign capital to develop the economy during the period of Diaz in Mexico. The full text is divided into three parts. The background of Mexico at that time, the theory and practice of foreign investment policy, and the adverse effects of its long-term development were discussed. The article holds that the Diaz government's practice of actively introducing foreign capital to develop its own economy is on the whole correct and in line with the trend of world development at that time, Mexico has indeed made great achievements. But unfortunately, Mexico blindly superstitious foreign investment and lost its economic autonomy, reduced to the vassal of international capital, and the abnormal prosperity of the economy led to the intensification of its own social contradictions. Finally, in the late days of Diaz's rule, the country fell into a quagmire of turmoil.
