【摘要】：第一次世界大戰(zhàn)爆發(fā)后,宣傳在戰(zhàn)爭中的重要性日益凸顯出來。尤其是在戰(zhàn)爭相持階段,英德等國為了獲得中立國家尤其是美國的同情和援助,紛紛展開輿論宣傳,發(fā)起了猛烈的宣傳攻勢。其中在第一次世界大戰(zhàn)的宣傳戰(zhàn)線上,英國的表現(xiàn)是最為成功的。論文主要從三個方面對英國在一戰(zhàn)中的戰(zhàn)爭宣傳進(jìn)行探究,主要是對英國在第一次世界大戰(zhàn)期間的戰(zhàn)爭宣傳——戰(zhàn)爭宣傳的緣起,一戰(zhàn)中英國戰(zhàn)爭宣傳的發(fā)展及其戰(zhàn)爭宣傳的特點和影響等進(jìn)行考察和研究。文章分為三部分：第一部分主要考察了一戰(zhàn)期間英國發(fā)動戰(zhàn)爭宣傳的緣起。一戰(zhàn)爆發(fā)后,英國逐漸認(rèn)識到戰(zhàn)爭宣傳的重要性,加之其雄厚的經(jīng)濟實力,強大的外交影響力以及英國政府對戰(zhàn)爭宣傳的支持,這就為英國進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)爭宣傳提供了有利的條件。第二部分也是全文的主體部分,主要探討了一戰(zhàn)中英國的戰(zhàn)爭宣傳,系統(tǒng)考察了英國戰(zhàn)時宣傳機構(gòu)的發(fā)展演變,以及各機構(gòu)在國內(nèi)、國外開展的一些列宣傳活動。從查爾斯·馬斯特曼及戰(zhàn)時宣傳局的建立、英國戰(zhàn)時宣傳機構(gòu)的重組、國家戰(zhàn)爭目標(biāo)委員會(NWAC)的建立到諾斯克里夫勛爵領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的對敵宣傳司的建立,英國的戰(zhàn)時宣傳機構(gòu)經(jīng)過了長期的錯綜復(fù)雜的變化。并以“尸體工廠”的報道為例,通過對“尸體工廠”的由來以及英國關(guān)于“尸體工廠”虛假新聞報道的簡介,論述了英國在一戰(zhàn)中戰(zhàn)爭宣傳的目的和手段。第三部分主要分析了第一次世界大戰(zhàn)期間英國戰(zhàn)爭宣傳的特點和影響。一戰(zhàn)中英國發(fā)動的戰(zhàn)爭宣傳形式多樣、覆蓋面廣,并且通過隱蔽宣傳動機在美國等中立國家進(jìn)行宣傳,對本國、美國、德國以及戰(zhàn)后產(chǎn)生了深遠(yuǎn)的影響,對現(xiàn)代宣傳起到了重要的借鑒意義。文章結(jié)束語部分系統(tǒng)總結(jié)了一戰(zhàn)中英國戰(zhàn)爭宣傳的運行機制及發(fā)展,重點強調(diào)在現(xiàn)代化社會中,宣傳正在發(fā)揮著越來越重要的作用,我們要合理的運用各種宣傳手段,建立一套協(xié)調(diào)系統(tǒng)的宣傳機制,基于事實,面向民眾進(jìn)行有效的宣傳,讓民眾得到更加客觀真實的信息,從而使宣傳更好的為人類服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:The outbreak of the first World War, the importance of propaganda in the war has become increasingly prominent.
