美食外交研究:突尼斯的案例與實(shí)踐

美食經(jīng)常會(huì)出現(xiàn)在外交活動(dòng)之中,法國(guó)著名政治家塔列朗曾經(jīng)宣稱:“外交官的最好助手就是他的廚師!泵朗吃谕饨恢械倪\(yùn)用正在成倍增加,從而催生了一個(gè)充滿細(xì)微差別的新的概念領(lǐng)域。學(xué)術(shù)文獻(xiàn)已經(jīng)根據(jù)受眾群體將美食外交的貢獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了分類。而在國(guó)際關(guān)系的這個(gè)分類中,研究方向的是烹飪外交,其是美食外交在外交活動(dòng)中的具體應(yīng)用。烹飪外交不僅尋求通過(guò)官方外交職能改善正式外交關(guān)系,并且希望可以通過(guò)美食來(lái)加強(qiáng)雙邊關(guān)系。所以在談到美食在國(guó)家或公共領(lǐng)域之間的關(guān)系時(shí),我們就稱其為美食外交。美食外交或者說(shuō)在公共外交背景下使用美食來(lái)分享一國(guó)文化是文化外交的最重要表現(xiàn)之一。因?yàn)樯儆心膫(gè)方面像美食一樣,與文化、歷史和地理有如此深刻的聯(lián)系。羅維西將美食外交定義為“一種公共關(guān)系形式”。一些國(guó)家決定將自己的國(guó)家作為一種品牌來(lái)宣傳,并利建設(shè)專門機(jī)構(gòu)以及專項(xiàng)預(yù)算來(lái)制定戰(zhàn)略,以出口他們的烹飪資產(chǎn),以此提升國(guó)家知名度并且間接性的鼓勵(lì)投資、促進(jìn)貿(mào)易以及旅游業(yè)。從泡菜外交到世界烹飪資產(chǎn),美食外交已經(jīng)成為許多國(guó)家在世界舞臺(tái)上提升自己、發(fā)展知名度以及吸引力的一種創(chuàng)新方式。如今,美食已經(jīng)成為推廣國(guó)家品牌和文化外交的戰(zhàn)略工具,其在國(guó)際關(guān)系中的作用也得到了肯...
