【摘要】：長久以來,國際舞臺和外交領(lǐng)域都是由男性主導(dǎo),由男性牢牢掌握權(quán)力。但是隨著國際政治的發(fā)展,越來越多的女性登上外交舞臺。她們的外交地位、外交貢獻和外交影響力開始受到關(guān)注。新中國成立后,中國女性地位有了顯著的提高,在外交領(lǐng)域也涌現(xiàn)出許多杰出的女外交官。女性在政治和外交領(lǐng)域的崛起是一個令人矚目的焦點。本文從社會性別視角出發(fā),以改革開放為分水嶺,考察新中國成立后這兩個時期中國女外交官的發(fā)展情況,分析其嬗變的因素,客觀評論女外交官對中國外交、對國際政治領(lǐng)域的影響,并嘗試提出倡導(dǎo)“兩性共治”“性別外交”的建議。 首先,本文簡要介紹和歸納社會性別研究方法,它是女性主義國際關(guān)系研究學(xué)的一個非常重要的研究視角,為人們提供了觀察和理解國際關(guān)系的一種新的方法,同時也是本文進行分析研究的重要方法論。 其次,本文從社會性別角度梳理和分析新中國成立以來的外交情況和外交政策,闡述外交政策與外交傾向?qū)ν饨恢信缘挠绊�。在交代外交環(huán)境的基礎(chǔ)上,本文對新中國成立后的兩個不同時期的女性外交官的發(fā)展情況做出整理和總結(jié),以數(shù)據(jù)和表格作為論據(jù)。 再次,為了更加直觀而具體地考察女外交官的變化,本文以四位女外交官為個例,從家庭背景、進入外交領(lǐng)域的途徑、外交貢獻、外交風(fēng)格、外交地位和評價等方面具體分析女性外交官在兩個時代的不同表現(xiàn)和其呈現(xiàn)出的變化。 最后,本文系統(tǒng)分析女外交官在新中國外交實踐中嬗變的具體方面和具體原因,論證女性在外交領(lǐng)域的進步與發(fā)展。同時也提出其存在的局限和困境。在結(jié)論中,針對男女兩性的矛盾,提倡在社會性別中融合男女兩性,實現(xiàn)“性別外交”“兩性共治”的理念。同時,認為“性別外交”有利于中國推動“和平崛起”“和諧發(fā)展”的理念,國家應(yīng)給予重視和政策支持。
[Abstract]:For a long time, the international arena and the diplomatic field have been dominated by men and firmly held by men. But with the development of international politics, more and more women have stepped onto the diplomatic stage. Their diplomatic status, Diplomatic contributions and diplomatic influence are beginning to receive attention. Since the founding of New China, the status of women in China has improved significantly. There are also many outstanding women diplomats in the diplomatic field. The rise of women in politics and diplomacy is a striking focus. To investigate the development of Chinese female diplomats in these two periods after the founding of New China, to analyze the factors of their evolution, and to comment objectively on the influence of female diplomats on China's diplomacy and on the international political field. And try to put forward the proposal of advocating "gender co-treatment" and "gender diplomacy". First of all, this paper briefly introduces and summarizes the research methods of gender, which is a very important research perspective of feminist international relations, and provides a new way for people to observe and understand international relations. At the same time, it is also an important methodology in this paper. Secondly, from the perspective of gender, this paper analyzes the diplomatic situation and foreign policy since the founding of New China, and expounds the influence of foreign policy and foreign tendency on women in diplomacy. This paper collates and summarizes the development of female diplomats in two different periods after the founding of the people's Republic of China, taking data and tables as arguments. Thirdly, in order to investigate the change of female diplomats more intuitively and concretely, this paper takes four female diplomats as an example, from the family background, the way to enter the diplomatic field, the diplomatic contribution, the diplomatic style. This paper analyzes the different performance of female diplomats in the two times and their changes in the aspects of diplomatic status and evaluation. Finally, this paper systematically analyzes the specific aspects and causes of the evolution of female diplomats in the diplomatic practice of the people's Republic of China, and demonstrates the progress and development of women in the diplomatic field. At the same time, it also puts forward its limitations and difficulties. In view of the contradiction between men and women, we advocate the idea of integrating male and female in the social gender, and realize the idea of "gender diplomacy" and "gender co-rule". At the same time, we believe that "gender diplomacy" is conducive to the promotion of "peaceful rise" and "harmonious development" in China. The state should give attention and policy support.
