        邵晉涵是我國清代乾嘉時(shí)期的博學(xué)鴻儒。其史學(xué)深受黃宗羲、顧炎武等史學(xué)家求實(shí)學(xué)風(fēng)的影響，，在清代史學(xué)史上占有重要地位。本文謹(jǐn)通過研究目前所能見之著作來展示他在史學(xué)上的成就。 全文在結(jié)構(gòu)上分為三章： 第一章主要介紹邵晉涵的生平及著述。在乾隆皇帝詔設(shè)四庫全書館之初，他即與戴震、周永年等五人同時(shí)被征召入館，時(shí)人美稱為“五征君”。他在四庫全書館供職十余年，又在數(shù)史館任職。經(jīng)學(xué)與史學(xué)并冠一時(shí)，久為海內(nèi)共推。邵晉涵年僅五十四歲就離開了人世，在其有限的生命里，他做出了不凡的成績，為我們留下了比較豐富的財(cái)富，受到了各位學(xué)者的高度評價(jià)�？上У氖牵渲髁鱾飨聛淼牟⒉欢唷，F(xiàn)今唯有《爾雅正義》二十卷、《周易邵注》(無卷數(shù))、《舊五代史考異》五卷、《舊五代史箋注》一百五十卷、《南江文鈔》十二卷、《南江詩鈔》四卷、《南江札記》四卷，以及其參與編修的《乾隆杭州府志》和從《永樂大典》中輯佚的薛居正《舊五代史》。 第二章主要分析邵晉涵在歷史文獻(xiàn)學(xué)上的成就。邵晉涵在歷史文獻(xiàn)學(xué)上的成就貫穿于他的所有學(xué)術(shù)活動(dòng)中，主要表現(xiàn)在輯佚、訓(xùn)詁、目錄、校勘等方面。在輯佚上，他從《永樂大典》中輯出薛居正《舊五代史》一百五十卷，使亡佚百年之久的古書又復(fù)現(xiàn)于世。并撰寫《舊五代史考異》，為我們進(jìn)一步了解五代歷史的真實(shí)面貌作了很好的幫助。在訓(xùn)詁上，他為《爾雅》作新疏寫成《爾雅正義》，是研究《爾雅》的重要參考書。在目錄方向，他為《四庫全書總目》撰寫史書提要，使我們能更好地了解史書的學(xué)術(shù)源流和價(jià)值等，并充分體現(xiàn)了他通今博古的學(xué)問。至于�？保谒墓ぷ髦袩o一時(shí)不有，無一處不在，為我們還原史書的本來面目做出了貢獻(xiàn)。 第三章主要分析邵晉涵在歷史編纂學(xué)上的成就。由于邵晉涵早逝，而且又在官場身兼數(shù)館纂修官，所以他沒能象其摯友章學(xué)誠那樣，撰有專著闡述其歷史編纂學(xué)理論。他的歷史編纂學(xué)思想主要散見于其為《四庫全書總目》撰寫的史書提要—《南江文鈔·四庫館書提要稿本》中。在提要中，他對于史書的思想和宗旨、史書編纂的體例以及史家的素養(yǎng)等方面提出了許多很有價(jià)值的觀點(diǎn)，充分地體現(xiàn)出他受到了黃宗羲、顧炎武等史學(xué)家經(jīng)世致用思想和求實(shí)學(xué)風(fēng)的影響;并充分展現(xiàn)了他對于編纂史書的獨(dú)到史識(shí)。他的史學(xué)成就很值得我們?nèi)ヌ接懓l(fā)掘。 全文通過這三部分的論述以求對邵晉涵的生平、著述及其史學(xué)成就有一個(gè)較為全面的展示，從而證明他在我國清代史學(xué)史上占有一席之地，為我國古代史學(xué)作出了一定的貢獻(xiàn)。我們不應(yīng)該將他遺忘而應(yīng)該給予他必要的重視。

    Shao Jinhan is a great scholar during Qian Jia Times of Qing dynasty. His historiography has been deeply influenced by historians’ practical study-style, such as Huang Zhongxi and Gu Yanwu etc, and has possessed crucial status in historiography history of Qing dynasty. We have presented his historiography accomplishment through researching his works that can be found presently.The thesis is divided into the following three chapters:Chapter 1 mainly introduces Shao Jinhan’s whole life and writings. When Qianlong emperor ordered to establish Sikuquanshu Library, Shao Jinhan, Dai Zhen, Zhou Yongnian and other three persons were asked to enter into the Library, which was commendably named as ’Five Gentlemen Callup’. Shao Jinhan had served for more than ten years in Sikuquanshu Library, then he served in Classics and History library. His Classics and historiography were both extra-excellent at the time and adored by scholars within the country for a long time. Shao Jinhan passed away when he was only 54 years old, during his limited life-time, he had accomplished uncommon achievement, left relatively abundant learning fortunes, and been highly estimated by various scholars. It is a pity that only few of his works had come down.Chapter 2 mainly analyzes Shao Jinhan’s accomplishments in historical philolog-y. Shao Jinhan’s historical philology had been throughout all of his learning activities. His achievement primarily exhibited in scattered material compilation, exegetical studies,bibliography and collation. As for scattered materials compilation, he compilated out 150 volumes ’Old Five-dynasty history’ by Xue Juzheng, whichmade the long-lost ancient book appear again As for exegetical studies, his exegesis book of erya becomes important reference book for studying erya.As for bibliography he wrote history records summary for Sikuquanshu catalogue, which made us better learn history records’ learning origin and value, and exhibited his erudition. As for collation, it was always presented in his works, which helped us restore history records’ original features.Chapter 3 mainly analyzes Shao Jinhan’s accomplishment in historical compilation. Due to his early death and being compilation officers in several libraries, so he hadn’t written monograph to expatiate his historical compilation theories like his intimate friend Zhang Xuecheng. His history compilation thoughts mainly presented in his history record summary for Sicuquanshu. He had put forward many valuable opinions in various aspects of history records’ tenet, history compilation’s structure, and historian’s attainment, which fully represented that he had been influenced by historians’ utilizing Classics for practical political need, and practical study-style, such as Huang Zhongxi and Gu Yanwu etc; and represented his unique historiography knowledge of compiling history records, which was quite worthy of our discussing and exploration.The thesis has done a relative overall presentation of Shao Jinhan through these three chapters’ discussion, thus proves that he has definite status in historiography history of Qing dynasty, he had done definite contribution for our ancient historiography, we should give him necessary recognition but not forget him.
