相比波蘭尼提出的第一次"大轉(zhuǎn)型",金融資本主義的出現(xiàn)堪稱影響更為深遠(yuǎn)的第二次"大轉(zhuǎn)型"。金融資本主義的全球化擴(kuò)張使其力量超越了民族國家的范圍,政府、企業(yè)、家庭和個(gè)人等行為主體都日益受到金融市場(chǎng)的指引和重塑,導(dǎo)致"社會(huì)生活金融化"趨勢(shì)。其重要社會(huì)后果是:金融市場(chǎng)與社會(huì)脫嵌的趨勢(shì)日益明顯,逐漸侵蝕著國家、工會(huì)、市民社會(huì)等力量,加劇了發(fā)達(dá)資本主義國家的就業(yè)危機(jī)、貧富分化和結(jié)構(gòu)性的不平等。面對(duì)金融資本對(duì)社會(huì)的侵蝕,西方社會(huì)生發(fā)出"社會(huì)自我保護(hù)"的舉措,目前看來收效甚微。而如何在全球?qū)用娼⒁环N新的金融和市場(chǎng)治理架構(gòu),以有效應(yīng)對(duì)金融資本主義帶來的負(fù)面影響,仍任重道遠(yuǎn)。
